Bob was the most difficult to get to give me an estimate . He was away and frankly, didn't seem that interested. I am glad I waited the extra 2 weeks for his estimate. I have multiple houses and when the house is not close by it is a pain in the neck to oversee workmen and make sure things are done properly. Bob arrived each morning with two guys and stayed all day, painting right along side them. I really tried to find things to complain about...to no avail. This was the easiest, least confrontational project..I can't believe I waited 3 years to paint the house..Now if I can only get him to come out and give an estimate on another house......

We contacted Bob for an estimate to paint our home. He responded right away with a phone call and made an appointment to view the job. He explained each step of the process and contacted us within a couple of days with a price. We were impressed with his friendly, but business-like manner immediately. Because of his busy schedule, he said it would be about a month before he could start the job. We were not in a rush so that worked for us. A few days before the scheduled date, he called to say they could start a couple of days earlier. He and his partner, Jose, showed up on time and wasted no time getting started. They powerwashed the entire exterior, patched holes and blemishes and then began the beautiful transformation of our home. Bob was helpful with color selection. He and Jose were a great team and their work ethic was amazing. They never left for the day until everything was cleaned up. They were very conscientious and that showed in the end result. We are extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

It took a while to get an estimate, but that was due to a busy schedule. Once I was put on the schedule everything went very smoothly. Bob's timeline was accurate (3 days). He and his partner were very clean and thorough with their work. There was not one drop of paint on my new floors. i would definitely use him again for my next paint job.

Bob did a great job. He even helped us to set up our TV before he left.

In July I got four quotes to paint the full interior of my house. Bob was the cheapest bid by far. Trusting previous Angie's List reviews, I went with Bob. However, due to schedule conflicts, he was not able to get to my house until early September. I am glad I waited. Bob and his team painted the entire interior of my house and I think the end result looks great. They showed up on time, worked non-stop, and finished the job in just three days! Impressed by the outcome and their work ethic, I hired Bob again to paint the exterior of my house. As with the interior, they arrived each day when they said they would, completed the job very quickly, and the results look great! Bob and his team did quality work, paid great attention to detail, and even did a few items above and beyond the scope of the contract (e.g. Painted the gates, fixed the texture on a section of wall, etc.). I would definitely hire Bob again (but I don't think the is anything left to paint!)

He did the service in a timely manner, and they were neat, clean, and respectful.

I"m happy to share that Bob Patterson Painting did an absolutely fantastic job! Bob and his crew were able to complete all of the painting in two days. They were always on time each morning, and they were very pleasant, friendly and helpful throughout the whole painting project. They took very good care of all of our furniture and other belongings, and kept everything going as smoothly as possible. They were always very professional and respectful. Once the painting was all done, my husband and I were very pleased with the results. The new colors we chose, for all the rooms we had painted, came out very nice. Our home now looks and feels so much more cozy and unique. We would definitely use Bob Patterson Painting again in the future, if we ever have any more painting that needs to be done.

Bob Patterson and his wonderful, small crew, were so thorough. They were organized, efficient and precise. They were able to move furniture, mask and drape, paint, put back and clean up with actual grace. Bob was extremely helpful in color selection, with simple, knowledgable and logical suggestions on different sheens and color. They worked on our house for approximately one month and always showed up on time. Bob made a point telling us that he himself, along with one or two long-time employees would be doing the work, as opposed to a large crew coming in. The personal attention was well worth it. We'll actually miss having them around in our home and part of our daily lives. We highly recommend these guys!

Bob came out, took a look and quoted me $650 including the enamel paint which was discontinued and hard to find (he found it even before I hired him for the job). I liked his attitude and his price and his high ratings on Angie's List. I also liked that he himself was the painter. Bob came out with his painting partner Raul. I wondered how 2 people were going to do a good job and finish in just one day. Turns out they've been working together for 30 years (they must have started in high school), and they work very efficiently and seamlessly. They easily managed the job: drop cloths, sanding, priming and painting, all in one day, clean from start to finish. This includes painting the inside bottoms of each step. They had little tricks so no brush marks, yet leaving all the detail of the wrought iron. We were very impressed and will definitely hire him for all our future painting work.

Let me start at the beginning..... called left message, called back quickly, set time to view scope of project, arrived on time, promised quote later that day, called back with quote as promised, price very reasonable. Arrived on time for job completed as promised. Very satisfied with work done and manner in which it was completed. Completely professional, friendly and dependable. They left the project not only beautifully done but CLEAN. Highly recommended. I will be using them again.....

Bob Patterson is the best. They came early in the morning and started painting and never stopped. They were so personable. They did a great job painting my bedroom walls and ceiling and my bathroom. They moved all furniture and returned each piece to the original spot. They cleaned up everything and even vacuumed. I will hire them in a second to finish the rest of my house down the road. Before he even painted the one he made at the garage, you couldn't even tell there was a hole there that you can't tell where it was. We were big time impressed. You couldn't see it and because they had to fix the drain upstairs, so they have to go in that way, you couldn't tell. He painted the garage and it looked fantastic. We had bunch of stuff in there and he kind of went around it and everything, so it was great. I though the price was reasonable. He was very fair about everything. He did a fantastic job. He was very clean and respected our stuff. We're going to have him do the whole house but he came in and he told us it doesn't really need it. He's very fair. If we're staying I would use him and I recommend him to anybody.

This was a positive experience from start to finish. Bob Patterson was extremely helpful in choosing paint colors and guiding us throughout the entire process. He was prompt at returning phone calls, always showed up on time and worked diligently. Everything was done professionally. All windows, plants and surfaces were covered. They cleaned up everyday and left my property immaculate. I have a large house with a lot of intricate trim and window details which required experience and skill to paint. After he completed the front section of the house, people were stopping to admire the transformation and commenting on what a beautiful job the painters were doing. They finished everything in less than 2 weeks. I am a hard woman to please, and I can honestly say this is the first project I have hired someone for that I am completely satisfied with the end result. My home is 15 years old and the color palate was tired and desperately in need of a face lift. I can not believe how gorgeous it came out. Every time I drive up I love it more and more. They did a fantastic job. If I could have given Bob an A+, I would have! I highly recommend Bob Patterson Painting.

This is perhaps the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. From the original estimate through the completion of the job Bob was professional, punctual and made every effort to make this three week project as minimally invasive for us as possible. Every day they left the work site as clean as possible which was appreciated. He is very easy to deal with and communicates well with the homeowners as the project moves along. My wife and I were extremely pleased throughout and remain so today. We cannot recommend this contractor more strongly and appreciate fine attention to detail and professional manner.

It went great. I got a vist and estimate the same day I called. The price was a little more than I was expecting but I could tell that Bob was professional and he has been in the business for a long time. I was expecting quality work and he delivered.

For the time of a prompt arrival on July 2nd at 8:00 AM to the end of the Job on July 6th at 11:00 AM: the job went beautifully.This is a young man who understands the stress for the house owners during the upheaval of living in the proximity of painting.The plans for moving from one location to the next made our lives more bearable. We had always done our own painting but being senior citizens we felt it was just too much for us. There was a rhythm to their progress from surface to surface, room to room There was great care in the handling of furniture, wall hangings, window coverings removal of cabinet doors, hinges, latches, door pulls, and the like. Everything was moved and covered. All edges, door handles, carpets, baseboards skillfully taped. Walls were not just painted but cleaned prior to application. It became evident to Bob that the surfaces needed an undercoat so that the finished product would be thoroughly covered meeting his very high personal and professional standards. We were invited to inspect for any missed spots or corners not finished to his and our standards. His choice of painting products were of the highest grade, colors and textures perfect. All of his equipment was carefully arranged in our garage and at the end of the day rearranged so that to was neat and clean ready for the next day's work. Not in our way or disturbing the pattern of our arrangements in the least. Bob's assistant, Jose, a wonderful man and careful with his work. This team, together for a lifetime, are a joy to have around. Bob is a third generation painting professional and it certainly is evident with his skill, work habits and generosity with helping us to learn more about his trade, to apply to our efforts in home improvements. We plan to have this team back to clean and paint our garage and the business area room at the back of the house. Bob Patterson is not only a man of great skill in his trade he is a fine example of good qualities we like to experience in our lives.

Recently, I had recessed lighting installed in my large kitchen, hallway and entryway and as a result there were several areas that needed to be patched and painted in the ceiling. Bob Patterson Painting has previously completed several painting jobs at my home that I was very satisfied with, therefore, he was my first choice when I needed to have this work done. Bob & I discussed the work I needed done and he provided some excellent suggestions for improving and updating the look of my kitchen. I purchased my house 9 yrs ago and have always been dissatisfied with the appearance of the glossy white ceiling in my kitchen; every flaw showed, where a wall had previously been removed and the joists in the ceiling showed through. I also had some decorative wood balusters in an open area of a wall in the kitchen that I really disliked. Bob suggested texturing the ceiling, painting it and the walls with a flat (yet washable) paint, adding some crown molding that would match the crown molding in the adjacent living/dining room and removing some of the balusters to open up this area (this is a supporting wall so not all could be removed). I really liked all of his suggestions and contracted with Bob on the date & timing to perform & complete the work. Bob estimated the work would take about 3 days to complete. Bob & a long-time co-worker of his arrived first thing in the morning as previously agreed. They patched and prepped the areas to be textured and painted, moved furniture out of the kitchen, laid down protective covers on the counters, floor, cabinets & appliances and sealed off doorway openings from the rest of the house. Each day, they cleaned up at the end of their work day and returned promptly to start up first thing in the morning. Bob & his co-worker were just great to work with; they were very professional, courteous and friendly; they kept me informed over the course of their work. The work was completed within the time estimated and I was still able to use my kitchen in the evening. All furniture was replaced and the areas swept clean. The end result was beautiful!! There is absolutely no trace of where the holes were patched in the ceiling of the kitchen, hall and entry ways; the paint colors (I had three) were perfectly matched; all of the trim around the doorways looks so fresh & clean; love the crown molding & the way the texturing looks & I can no longer see the results of the previous owners remodeling work! Removing the decorative balusters really looks great & gives the kitchen a much more open & lighter feel. I am so impressed with how much better a professional paint job looks (I previously painted the kitchen), it is totally worth having painting professionally done! My 11-yr old grand daughter remarked that having had that work done to the kitchen made it feel as if our house had had a makeover. :-)

We contacted Bob Patterson to paint our home for the second time. He had painted previously (about 7 years ago), and we have been very happy with the result from that time. All of the stuco patches remained intact, and apart from the trim (we had chosen black paint for the trim, and it suffers more from sun damage than a lighter paint might), the house really didn't need to be re-painted. However, we are having our property landscaped in the near future, and we thought it expedient to get the house painted before that work is done. Bob arrived on time to meet with us for the estimate. The meeting was like seeing an old friend again, but his manner was consumately professional at the same time. He helped us we paint selection, and engaged in a discussion with us regarding color selection. That concluded, we agreed upon a price for the job on the spot, and schedled work to take place the following week. Bob and his helper arrived on time the day the work was to commence, and the work proceded quickly. On the last day of the project, Bob had to wait for the completion of a garage door replacement (which we had informed him of at the time of the first meeting). There was no hint of impatience, though he was essentially idled for over an hour. Bob left the site clean, and the house looks great. We would recommend Bob to any of our friends.

We were on a tight schedule as we had to complete the painting before our move-in date and he couldn't have been more accommodating. He even worked around/in conjunction with our floor re-finishers to make sure that everything was done properly. We are very happy with his work and would strongly recommend his services to anyone.

My husband & I have worked with Mr. Patterson in the past and were very satisfied with his professionalism, the quality of his work and his attention to detail. Mr. Patterson arrived at the agreed upon time and date. On the first day, he performed all of the power washing very efficiently and thoroughly. He promptly returned the next day and completed all of the necessary prep work and confirmed the paint colors with me. Over the next two days, Mr. Patterson completed all of the painting and repairs as agreed. He was very organized and cleaned up at the end of each day. Although I only had the house trim painted, I was delighted that the overall look of my home was very fresh and clean looking as if the whole house had been painted!
