+ -1 moreWhile we were selling our house, it was discovered during the home inspection that our furnace would not turn on. We called BDM and Brian came out the next day. It was the starter - Brian ordered the part that day and returned the next day to install it. We truly appreciated his efficiency and his professional knowledge in solving our problem. If we need work done in our new house, Brian will be the first one we call!
Description of Work: Replaced starter for furnace.

+ -1 moreThe technician came out and diagnosed why our heater wasn?t on. There was a valve that was backed up and he cleared that. He got our heater working. I have used him before and I have always appreciated his honesty. I would definitely use his services in the future too.

He returned our phone call within minutes, came to our house to provide an estimate the same day (about 2 hours after the phone call) and did the entire job the next morning. He was on time and courteous. When he finished, the only sign that he was here was the cold air in our house!
Description of Work: Installed new A/C unit and hauled away the old unit.
