Pablo was accessible within hours of the time the water damage had been revealed. He was extremely professional. Pablo was very detailed and experienced beyond our expectations. He was prompt to our appointment and took control of a situation that could have been very stressful for our family. Our first meeting was on New Years Eve!! Our hot water pipe leaked for the first time that morning. His wife, Teresa, was able to refer a leak detection professional, who was also available on New Years Eve. Shortly thereafter, Pablo showed up to estimate the necessary work to repair the leak. After meeting with our insurance company, Pablo swiftly visited our home again to advise the best way to repair the issue and got our hot water going at least in part of our home so that we could shower, do laundry, wash dishes, etc. Even though we have a temporary repair, we are so grateful for Barcena Plumbing and the time they have spent neutralizing any potential additional water damage throughout our home. It is important to note that Barcena Plumbing DID NOT charge extra time for the holiday, but quoted a very competitive rate and stuck to the price for the work done. As this will be a couple of week process, we are so very happy that we have found " We will refer Barcena Plumbing to everyone!!

The contractor was wonderful as well as Mr. Barcena and his technicians. They were no-nonsense, professional and punctual. Our bathroom remodel is wonderful as well as beautiful. It also aids my handicapped husband.

to determined teh Leak discovered coming through drywall in garage. Toilet seal was replaced. Latter that evening leak continued. Owner himself paid a late night visit to further investigate. It was decided that a leak detection professional would be needed. We had to leave town for a week - water was turned off in the house. Barcena scheduled the Leak Detector and coordinated a joint service call upon our return. The area was dry and no leak was found. The Barcena Plumber was then able to determine the source of the leak - very esoteric only occurring when there was a toilet malfunction. Barcena was able to locate the required parts after contacting several suppliers. The leak was repaired --- we were only charged for repair , we were not charged for the previous 2 visits. The staff from Barcena was professional and courteous - a pleasure to work with.
