Description of Work: August Roofing met the substance and the spirit of our agreement. They repaired and renewed my entire Spanish tile (Concrete) roof. The workmen were courteous and efficient. I recommend them to anybody who wants a quality job at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: A top notch company with a great deal of emphasis on customer satisfaction. The quality of their work was very good and when some unique challenges arose they were handled professionally and with care. Although they were not the lowest bidder, I would note that when they encountered an unanticipated issue that clearly was going to cost them extra time and material their only comment was "Don't worry about it, this is on us". The superintend, Javier visited one or more times daily to resolved any questions or potential problems as well as being just a phone call away. Sergio, the crew boss was likewise knowledgeable, professional and clearly placed a high priority on customer satisfaction. In a nutshell, August Roofing came out, provided a competitive bid, did the job when they said they would, and in the manner they said they wood. I would hire this company again without reservation. I liked and felt comfortable with every person I dealt with, from the President Chris Dyck to their lowest laborer.

Description of Work: August roofing did a fantastic job , they came out and told me exactly what they were going to do., the kinds of vents and how many, Jeff Wunderlich was very straightforward told me what to expect. He measured my roof and gave me a number within a half hour. Cant say enough about him. Javier Carrillo their foreman worked his magic and in two days they had the old roof off and the new roof on. I had bids from 6 other companies ranging from 12 to 17 thousand, what a joke. To top it off they all had a gimmick, if you sign today because its ground hog day or labor day, or just the second Sat of the month we will throw in yada yada Not with August Roofing. Description of Work: I contacted August Roofing for a free estimate on my leaky roof and Jeff responded right away. He even drove out and did the estimate when I wasn't home so I didn't need to schedule a time that would work for both of us. He did a complete estimate and took time to speak with me on the phone and explain the problem. Jeff even took it a step further and sent me a recap email so I wouldn't forget what we had talked about. That is really wonderful and I couldn't have asked for more. No work was needed at this time but if we ever do need I will certainly call August Roofing to do the job!
