We received a call that the garage door on one of our properties had buckled and was no longer usable by our tenants. Needing a trusted company we could work with remotely we turned to the list and found Archway Garage Doors. We were able to make contact on the first call in which we explained the situation and an appointment was promptly scheduled the next morning. After the appointment Rick called to inform us of his findings and provided what I felt was a very reasonable quote for the work to be performed. The new door was ordered and work completed within a week. Archway used an online invoicing service which made the interaction extremely smooth and painless. Rick included photo documentation of the damaged door and completed work without being asked which was great. While I hope we don't have to replace any more garage doors for some time, we would certainly use Archway for future work.

We decided it was finally time to remove our circa 1960's garage door with something much more stylish and new. We knew exactly what style we wanted- a carriage style door. It was just a matter of finding the right installer for the job, at a price we could actually afford. I did a lot of searching online, some installers offering "cheap, gimmicky" incentives, but they were unlicensed. Then we found James and Rick from Archway Garage Doors, and the reviews made them stand out from all the rest. I gave them a call, and James was super pleasant from the start. He drove out to our house and gave us a bid. He never tried to pressure sell us on anything, and he was very straight to the point, which I appreciate. We ordered our new door, and they set up the install date less than a week away. These guys are fast. Both James and Rick showed up with our new door and they had it fully installed within several hours. They were clean, kind and considerate, making sure to point out little helpful details to us. Their work is sharp and right on point. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these gentleman to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

I called in the morning and a repairman came that afternoon;. He was to assess the problem and give me an estimate. James showed up at the beginning of the two-hour window, assessed the problem and gave me options. After inspecting he suggested that the motor appeared to be in good shape and probably had some more life in it. After he and I discussed it I decided to go with the less costly option and have him replace the gear housing. He had everything he needed to replace the part and was finished and gone within an hour. James is the man! He was extremely professional and personable and gave me an excellent review of my options I recommend Archway if you have garage door issues.

I had garage door issues and had Archway come out and assess the situation. Apparently my motor had broke. They recommended a motor that mounts on the side, that also had iPhone capabilities. They were very professional and prompt and never tried to over sale me. I highly recommend them.

Quick response after my first call to come out and evaluate; and give me an estimate. Ordered the doors. On the day of installation they came right on time. They were very professional and very efficient in the installation. The garage was very full of boxes and they were very good about working around them. Excellent job.

Excellent! A friend recommended Archway and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and professional workmanship. I sent an email a day after my garage door springs broke and received a telephone call within an hour. The service tech (James) called to schedule an appointment the same day and arrived promptly. He was equipped with all the tools and replacement parts to repair the door's springs. James recommended that I replace the rollers, grease the drive and adjust the motor drive. I've had the garage door and opener for over 10 years, but like most mechanical assemblies, then need a little TLC every now and then. James instructed me as to how to properly lubricate the drive every 6 months and also how to adjust the motor drive assembly for optimum operation. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in doing the work in a prompt and thorough manner (even with my annoying questions!). It is refreshing to know that there are still companies that take seriously their profession. Lastly, the charges were very reasonable and a great value.

I called them the day before and they came out the next day. We had a broken hinge and when he came out he pointed out our springs were broke and fixed those as well. He also lubricated the new parts for us.
