They missed so many things in the inspection that end up costing me thousands of dollars to fix. If they had pointed those out to me I would have been able to negotiate with the seller. I expect any inspector to miss a couple of things, but their inspection was so superficial and they missed huge issues, like: the AC units were not bolted to the ground, they were standing on top of a plastic base not even tied to anything. They missed a huge leak on the wall next to the water heater, missed the fact that the drainage outside the house was totally wrong and pudding water all around the house, the drainage pipes on the AC unit was not installed properly so the water would leak through the wall...and the list goes on....I was able to find all this out when I asked a contractor to come by and check the place out. I would never use this company again.
