+ -1 moreThank you for great service guys. My GE oven and Maytag refrigerator needed some repairs. Service guy came out same day, did not charge us for travel. My 2 appliances were repaired on that same day. I feel like i was given great price and service was prompt. Cannot ask for better

+ -1 moreTechnician came the same day, did not charge us for travel. Two of our appliances were repaired same day, thank you for that. I feel like the service guy was very honest and knowledgeable. He had parts right in his truck, so he did not need to order them and come back. Very satisfy with repair and prompt service.

+ -1 moreRepair was done the same day, and it was Saturday after 2 pm. Tech had all parts in stock on his van. Thanks god we did not have to wait few days for him to come back. And loose our food.

Description of Work: Provider agreed to come to the house and clean out the dryer exhaust duct for $280. This established the rate of the service asked for. The service man worked for an hour or so and brought out much dust and handed me the bill for $280. I showed him their mailed advertisement and web site printout showing a 30% discount for new customers and seniors. He said that the $280 was the discount. I insisted that $280 was the price quoted for the service requested. They said the discount was from their normal price of $350. I insisted that they never quoted me $350 before I asked for the discount so how did they know I was going to request it or qualified for it? Therefor this was very clearly a case of deceptive pricing and advertising. To top it off, I found the ducts were still not cleared out so I had another service come and clear it out and they only charged $105 and the dryer finally worked and did
