+ -1 moreThe vac arrived and was very cheap. It hurts your back when using. I have sent several emails and left several messages with no return email or phone call ever. Even if we wanted to keep, how would we get service on our 25 year warranty.
Description of Work: We bought a backpack style vac called the lil viking 97. The company seemed to be respectable. The unit finally shipped to us after needing to call and find out why we had not heard from them.
