ALL CONSTRUCTION

Everything went great from start to finish. Owner (Dan) showed up when promised to give estimate for job. Work crew showed up as scheduled to begin work. Terry (foreman) and three man crew did a super job! In order to lay pavers they had to remove backyard dirt by hand and haul away as there was no access room for a Bobcat. They repaired and rerouted my drains as needed, and installed the pavers. They did meticulous work, making sure the elevations and the drainage was perfect. They also built some steps from pavers, and built a small patio cover. They had to remove and reset about 13 feet of a slumpstone wall that had been installed incorrectly by a previous contractor. The backyard and the entire end result is beautiful. Even though they hit some snags in the project, they overcame all obstacles. I heartily recommend this company for any paving or masonry work, and I would definitely use them in the future. Terry and his crew did a fantastic job!

The crew of four doing the job was led by Joe. They were all very hard workers. When digging out the old driveway, they marked all the sprinkler lines so that I would be able to find them when I needed to reconnect the sprinkler system. They cleaned up everyday. They also consulted me whenever they wanted to make sure the design was to my liking. They did the whole job from start to finish in 4 days. I couldn't have asked for a better well managed job then this. I and my neighbors can't believe how nice the driveway came out. It is just awesome!

Crystal was awesome to work with via email. Many contractors will only communicate by phone. The owner Dan was great to work with from estimate to completion of the project

Initially things were going fine. After he got paid in full and finished the project after 15 months, I began to have 2 serious problems. Problem #1 After the rains came one of the 3 balconies he build started to leak water and after several months I began to notice a long crack forming on the stucco part of balcony lower portion ofthe ceiling. This balcony is on the second floor of the house. I called the contractor and he came back and fixed the stucco crack but did not address the reason for the leak. Same thing happened the following year after the rains. All Construcion didnt waterproof the balcony properly. The metal flushing on the stucco near the bottomportion of balcony was the wrong one with holes in the metal for the water to easily enter and compromise the waterproofing. Problem #2 At the same time I was getting a loud banging noise in my house everytime sprinklers go on in the morning or anytime we try to use a faucet in the bathroom.All construction came out and opened several section of my garage ceiling to locate the noise.The drywall was left opened and never repaired. They tried to put couple of plumbing straps to hold the copper water lines,but that didnt work , the noise got worse with time . I called a diffrent plumbing co to a**** the situationbecause the noise was so loud it woke everyone up in the morning when the sprinklers came on. Inwas told by 2 companies drywall needs to be opened up and special straps installes to hold the water lines so they dont kick when the water runs through them. After numerous attempts to call All Construction the owner Dan Fortuna came out on 10/4/11 and said that he will have his crew out in 1 week to solve the problems.I am still waiting 11/17/11. Things happen in construction , but a good solid co always stands by their work and takes care of the problem that they were supposed to do right from beginning. This company charged me over $250,000 and after they got their money told me, the customer, to take a hike. Why would anyone go with them?

JOHN WAS ALWAYS THERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE. THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AND HE DID NOT GO OVER THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. ALL WORK WAS DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION THE FIRST TIME OUT. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO REMODEL THEIR BATHROOMS.
