Description of Work: All American Traditions replaced my front walkway of my manufactured home with flagstone. they first removed some dirt, poured cement and then they put the stones on top. It looks awesome 150% better then my old walkway. The owner Gene was their the whole time (except for going to get more supplies) and his helper Trevor was trained well because he new what to do without being told great job great company. John

Description of Work: My experience with All American Traditions was somewhat unsatisfactory. Gene made contact with me within one week however I didn't get a follow up with a written estimate in a protracted amount of time making my job more problematic, and for me, more unsatisfactory. I expressed to Gene that it was necessary for him to contact all necessary city offices for any and all requirements.

Description of Work: I called Gene, the owner, about installation of a new tub and wall surround. He was able to come the next day and provide an estimate. Because the tub was cracked on the bottom there was a leak and at the time, we didn't know how extensive the damage was underneath. Gene was concerned about the severity of the damage and made the project a priority. He concurrently had other projects in progress and was still able to commit to mine. He sacrificed part of his Saturday afternoon and help me pick out everything that was needed to complete the job. After the old tub and wall surround were extracted, several problems were revealed--rotted wood underneath the tub, mildew, water damage to most of the bathroom floor, and more water damage to the drywall on walls adjacent to the bath. It was a mess. Gene and his crew fixed all the damage, and installed a new stone tile floor, tub and wall surround in just 2 days. The results are beautiful and I am very happy with my new bathroom! Gene and his crew were very comfortable to work with and easy to talk to. All American Traditions surpassed my expectations with their exceptional customer service. Such a high level of customer care is rare these days. Gene called me throughout the project to ensure that I was a satisfied client and to answer my questions. Whenever I called him he was always available. If I had to leave a voicemail message he returned my call within the hour. There were no empty promises made. Gene and his crew followed through from beginning to end. I highly recommend All American Traditions. I have already passed the word to my work colleagues. I could not have found a better contractor.
