He wanted to do a lot more work than I thought needed repaired.

The house did not daunt them. I got four quotes and their quote was very fair. Their quote was half of what other people wanted. The gentleman was very straight with me and told me that I would need some roof repairs before they could even start the work. In order to take out the old gutters, they needed to take out part of the roof. He referred me to somebody who did that work at a very fair price. It could have been a lot more expensive. The owner was a little gruff, but he was really a good guy and I liked him. They did a good job.

I needed rain gutters installed on an apartment building. I left an after-hours phone message and email. The next day they called and set an appointment. They were were prompt for all meetings. From what I can tell from the ground, the quality of work was good, I'll know more after the first rain. The down spouts were roughly positioned during the estimation process. On the day of installation we had a pre and post installation inspection during which the down spouts were positioned to my satisfaction (we're talking about very minor changes). Overall, a very professional job from start to finish.

Estimator came out and prepared proposal for where gutters should be installed. He showed me some samples (different shapes, colors) and made good suggestions about which would look best on the house (no up-sell!). After review the proposal I scheduled the work and it was completed in a couple hours by a very professional crew. The gutters look great - you don't notice them. :-)

DON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I SELECTED HIM BECAUSE HE GAVE ME CONFIDENCE THAT HE KNEW HIS CRAFT. MY ROOF HAD SOME AREAS THAT REQUIRED HIM TO NAIL THROUGH THE GUTTER AND HE USED CARE. HE CHOSE THE PERFECT SIZE AND SHAPE FOR MY ROOF, AND HAD A NICE SELECTION OF COLORS.
