+ -1 moreI received a quote of $1,400.00 and about 30-40 days later I made an appointment & thought I was ready to go. I was notified that the price changed (increased to $1,600.00) and I was fine with it, let's just get this done. A few days ago I received a message that everything was set for next week. Great! Then yesterday I received a message to contact the office, so I did. The girl in the office was beyond RUDE. She claimed she left 10 messages for me & I never returned the calls, which was untrue - she did not call & leave 10 messages. She also claims I never returned the signed contract, which I did. Then she informed me that my appointment to tent the house has been cancelled. I requested to reschedule, she said very rudely, "no, the owner said to find another company". WOW!!!!!! I will NEVER refer anyone to this company. If you decide to use this company I highly suggest you proceed with caution. If they do business this way BEFORE they even tent your house, I can't imagine how they'd treat you during or after your house has been tented. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. NO PROFESSIONALISM.

+ -1 moreVERY PROFESSIONAL TERMITE COMPANY. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY GAVE ME A DETAILED ESTIMATE AND STUCK TO IT.
Description of Work: HIRED COMPANY TO INVESTIGATE AND ERADICATE TERMITES IN BASEMENT.

+ -1 moreMAGIC CARE PERFORMED A FULL TENTING OF MY HOUSE FOR NO CHARGE. THEY PROVIDED ALL OF THE NECESSARY BAGS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERFORMING THE FUMIGATION. THEY CAME ON TIME WHEN SCHEDULED AND TENTED AND FUMIGATED THE HOUSE WITH MINIMAL DOWN TIME FOR MYSELF.
Description of Work: MAGIC CARE PERFORMED THE TERMITE INSPECTION ON MY HOUSE PRIOR TO PURCHASE. THEY DETERMINED TERMITE INFESTATION COULD BE CONTROLLED WITH LOCAL TREATMENT. AFTER 50 WEEKS I FOUND TERMITES IN THE BEAMS OF MY HOUSE.
