Description of Work: They replaced one glass panel of our shower door. It was shattered due to excessive pressure during cleaning. The other vendor all quoted prices to replace both panels. These guys were able to replace just the broken panel. They were efficient when on site and did a good job.

Description of Work: The installer was very late for his appointment and although the quality of the work was fine, I thought it was a bit pricey to simply replace a single pane of glass. In addition to the coupon I had to pay an additional amount for the glass replacement. They did a quick job, but because of the price I would not use them again.

Description of Work: The Big Deal was supposed to be $75.00 for $150.00 worth of Home or Auto Glass and Mirror Service. When I purchased the Deal I received only $80 for $39. I called the company but there was not much I could get for $80. This was not what I ordered.

I did not have any complaints about them. Everything about the shower with the enclosures and the shelving is beautiful. The install was neat tidy and perfect. They were respectful of our home and wore the booties around the house. when I did have to call the office with any questions, everyone was so helpful. If anything, I would have liked more of a selection for the shower enclosure. We like what we chose, they just did not have a huge selection.
Description of Work: They put in our 2 bathrooms glass shelves in the shower area and 2 new glass doors that were frame less. They also made a glass cover for a table for us.

They gave me some glass cleaner and I wish it had been a carton. They did an excellent job.
Description of Work: I had a wall unit that had glass double doors on it and the glass in one of them broke. It was a tinted glass and they came and took the old door and they brought it back and the glass tint matched perfectly and it looked like the original glass in the door. The double doors match perfectly.

They were timely. They did a good job. They did it at my convenience and they came to me to do the work. After they did the work, it was a bit loose in one spot and they came back out to me and they fixed it and they did not charge for this.
