The lady who answered the call, took the order and coordinated the delivery was very pleasant and kept me informed all throughout the process. She was very professional and because she sensed I was anxious to get the project completed before a party, she called three times to let me know exactly where everything was in the process, leaving me assured it would be complete before I needed to leave my house. She wasn't just taking the order, she was taking care of her customer. Gus arrived on-time, with a big smile. He was very professional and quick. He really took the time to make sure the glass were perfectly cleaned and placed, and carefully cleaned up and replaced any items moved. The genuine smile never left his face the whole time he was here and he was a pleasure to have in my home. I will gladly use their service again if I need glass work.

We had to pay a little extra because of the distance the man had to travel, but it was still a bargain. I had a chip in my windshield (that had been recently replaced) & I figured I would try this instead of replacing it again. The man was on time. He drilled the chip & injected a resin between the glass layers. You have to really look to know it's there. The job took less than an hour. I was very happy with the job & results.

they were punctual - I needed to have a front window replaces after an earthquake tremor - but their estimate was way too high

We were able to make an appointment within a few days of my call, which was fine because our glass was not broken (vandalized with a spark plug). The service technician was very nice and accommodated our crazy parking structure and did the job in 15 minutes or less. No muss, no fuss.

Glass Doctors were extremely professional - And additionally, more helpful than they even had to be! They called to setup the appt. right away (the next DAY), arrived on time (w/courtesy 1/2hr. prior "ServiceTech On Way" call, as promised) and honestly, the Tech (Carlos) could NOT have been nicer, more knowledgable, helpful and Patient (with my ga-zillion questions)!! He truly seemed to care - offer suggestions and options - and gave me pricing for (all) the jobs I needed to get done, before he left! I could not have asked for better service - and while the actual Work has not been done YET (because *I* havnt finalized the details they need) - I cant imagine NOT referring them to anyone!

Company did not travel to our area(Pomona) so we went to them. We were told the windshield could not be repaired as there were five chips. So we bought a new one. Price is same as company we use in our city.

Got there for my appointment. Was offered water and a nice seat to wait for the tech. Waited about 20 minutes for tech to arrive and then job got completed in the next 20.

Everything went as expected. I will use them again.

The repair man showed up on time and was professional. Before he began work he had me first sign a waiver that I understood that the chip may still be visible after the repair and that the repair may actually cause more damage to the windshield. What I didn't expect was that the chips look no better than they did before the repair. Granted, I was fully warned that it may not look any better. However, I was surprised that there was absolutely no noticable difference to either chip. Both chips are still plainly visible. The only benefit is that the repair will help prevent the chips from getting worse. The disadvantage is that I didn't put the money toward a new windshield which I will now need in order to remove the chips. In the future, I'll look for a company that has the ability to improve the chips cosmetically as well as structurally.

They came out on the 28th to take the measurements for my front door window, which is broken. They ordered the frosted glass, I gave them an extra $100 for the service, and we scheduled an appointment to have it installed. The appointment had to be rescheduled twice, but they were supposed to come this morning. When they didn't show up I called the office and was told that their truck broke down and that they would be out later in the day. I had to call again when they didn't show and the woman in the office, April, said that I wasn't even scheduled for the work until 4pm, even though they close at 5.

Very punctual, professional. Their price was cheaper than other estimates and they completed the job very quickly. Satisfied customer. I'll do business with them again!

I responded to a "Big Deal" from this company, offering to fill in the chip in my car's windshield. Frankly, I can't really remember what I paid, and I'm too lazy right now to get up and go look! Ditto with the date. I know that I felt that it was a reasonable price, or I wouldn't have done it. Making the appointment was easy, and the technician was prompt and polite. The whole thing from his arrival to his departure didn't take much more than a half hour. The work itself was okay, but not what I expected. I guess I had seen too many of those commercials for a product that makes chips and cracks invisible. The technician told me that perfection was impossible; that what he did was as good as it gets. It does loook much better, and of course, now it won't get bigger.

The price was fine. They said they would show up at the school I taught at. They never showed. I contacted again and they did some checking and realized that the person who sheduled it made a mistake. They finally came out after the second time I contacted them to do the service.

It all went fine-they showed up on time and then he spent about half hour working on the car window. Filling and drilling around the chip in the window-then applying some kind of vice grip. It did not look much better after he was done. I don't think this proceedure actually works or the company did a poor job? I feel it was a waste of time and money. The chip is yellowing and you still can tell there was a problem.I thought it would look way better and almost invisible.He did not clean off the window very well after the "fix" ?Overall I was not impressed with the fix and think it is just a cheap bandade that I could have done myself with a few products.Oh well.

Great tech. Fast, efficient, and pleasant. Would definitely call them again.

If you have a busy lifestyle like mine, you want your contractors to show up on schedule and not waste your valuable time. I called this company and asked them for a same day appointment - they said they were busy that day but someone could come over the next day. At first I was given a window in the morning - " this is the only time we can be there". I politely declined and asked for a time in the late afternoon and as soon as I mentioned that this was the only time I was available somehow an appointment was magically now available at 4 pm. I stressed that I would be leaving work early at 330 just for this apointment and was assured someone would be there to take my estimate. Come the next day, when I reached home early, no one showed up. Upon calling the number the person put me on hold for a long time and then someone else picked up with "who is this". I had to explain my story all over again. After some fiddling with the computer, the person on the phone said we have no record of your appointment !! What a waste of my time getting home early just for them. Very disorganized operation -- if they cant keep simple appointments for a $1500+ job, they dont deserve my money. I am sure there are others who are perfectly happy with their service - I am not one of them. I just want other users to know before they engage in dealings w these guys --- your mileage may vary.

Carlos (the glass contractor) evaluated the job and replace the window in approximately 15 minutes. He was not planning to repair my sliding glass door. He offered to look at my other glass issues. It took him approximately 30 minutes to fix my sliding glass door and he worked extra hard to make it work perfect.

They were scheduled to come out and service me but never showed up or called. They said they tried to call us but they never left us a message. We reschedule and the second time the same thing happened. The phone service was then out so I gave them a different number to contact us just in case anything happened. The third time the same thing happened again.

I called them to schedule an appointment to provide a quote for cabinet glass (to make use of an Angie's List Coupon I received) I initially noted that they put me on hold for a bit longer than seemed reasonable, but said nothing. We made the appointment for 9 am on a Tuesday. They didn't show up. I called them at 9:30 am and they said they had no record of the appointment. They put me on hold a few times during the conversation....In any case, I rescheduled with them for the following morning at 8 am. Later, the same day, they called me back. In one sentence, the person (dispatcher?) identified herself....and then put me on hold! After perhaps two minutes of holding, I hung up. She called me back perhaps an hour later, and wanted to reschedule. I told her to forget it, and let her know how they had botched the initial appointment, and every conversation since. My experience with contractors says this is one to avoid -- definitely!

The app was sheduled and they just never turned up and did not even call to notify me that they were late. I finally had to call and find out if they were turning up and reshedule

nice guys, prompt, but i think very costly

The installer arrived at my house and proceeded to take out my windshield. The replacement windshield looked wavy when you would look across it, like looking to the right for oncoming traffic. I called the office and was told they had had problems with the supplier of that particular brand before and offered to install another one at no additional charge. I brought it to their shop and determined that the new windshield was better, though not as good as the original, in my opinion. They installed it at no extra charge, just like they said. Everyone I dealt with at the company was very nice and personable. I would certainly do business with them again.

I did not have any complaints about them. Everything about the shower with the enclosures and the shelving is beautiful. The install was neat tidy and perfect. They were respectful of our home and wore the booties around the house. when I did have to call the office with any questions, everyone was so helpful. If anything, I would have liked more of a selection for the shower enclosure. We like what we chose, they just did not have a huge selection.

I was really happy with the job. They came recommended by a co worker.
