I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and that went very well. They came out at the appointed time. They did the repair and you would never know there was a chip in the windshield. The staff members were great. They were very personable and very friendly. I would absolutely recommend them.

It was pretty good. It’s better than it was but it makes a sound if we go at a certain speed and the wind comes in. We mainly got it replaced because there are all kinds of pits in the glass from going through the desert. We didn’t contact him or follow through because we had things going on. They were very nice and cooperative. I give them a C rating because of the noise and maybe it wasn't properly. It's not totally their fault either. There was no problem as far as the service.

Got here right on time, was responsible and kind. Took care of the job in just a half hour so that was great. The price was cheap thanks to glass doctors.

.That was not a good service and it didn’t work. We have 2 little glass pains that are in our front door. My wife wanted them replaced. They are yellow and she wanted them white/opaque. They are just two little glass pains about 12x6 inches. This company wanted $400 just to even look at them. They also wanted about $99.00 for a service call. We didn’t even use the service and we sent them away.

They measured for a high quality window replacement and replaced the broken window with a high quality one.

They replaced two glass window panes in the front of my house on the first floor. The panes were approximately 9 by 11 inches. I had bought the Angie Deal for $39.00 for work costing between $75 and $150. The cost of the job bid $488. Minus the $150 from the deal ended up costing me @338. Which I thought was kind of pricey for two pieces of glass, but their work was good and they cleaned up after themselves.

I personally hated what they did, they called it a crack repair and I had a little ding on the windows, it's a tiny one that it's more like a glass chip. What they did was they drilled and now the chip looks more like a dot, like a white dot, it's so noticeable now but I guess when they said they had repaired it, the chip was technically repaired but it looks more noticeable than before. I don't call it a repair, it's more like a patch and it was horrible. We sold the car now and it's out of our hands but I thought it was worst, I wish I never did that deal. They were trying to explain that it's not completely transparent but it's after the deal was done, they didn't explain the process or show how opaque it is. They probably repaired it to the best of their ability but I wouldn't call it a repair, it's too opaque like when you do a windshield repair, you think it's going to be transparent or completely see through but it's not. It looks like a frosty glass kind of thing. I saw the Big Deal to be a windshield repair and I thought they were going to just put some kind of sealer on it to repair the glass chip, we have a tiny chip, it was so small that you have to take time to look on the windshield to see the original chip, it's that small. I thought I would help my wife with repairing the windshield but then when they repaired it, it looked like it was hit with a pencil-sized drill. It was super opaque like something worse had happened but they're still good with something. It just wasn't optically transparent or translucent, it just looked like it was etched glass. They showed up pretty quick and I guess they were professional.

The work was preformed well. However they were late to the appointment for the estimate by acouple of hours. They came in and gave me a quote very quickly and we agreed on a instalation day of two days later ( Friday). They never showed up. I called the office and was told they would return my call but they did not. By the time I contacted them again, they were closed for the weekend and not able to help until Monday. They finally called back on Tuesday and we set the appointment for Thursday. They did show up this time, and did the work very quickly.

Horrible. Incompetent company.

Went well. Very professional and kind.

Sent me an email stating he apologized that he could not provide this service as he doesn't service this area, gave me a referral number to another glass doctor location in Montebello and I called and he doesn't service this area as well. I don't live close to Los Angeles so you may want to check with these providers as to how far they will travel for their services.

We bought a coupon offered by this company. The estimate seemed so high (even with the coupon) that we took other bids from Angie's List recommended merchants in the same category. We ended up having the work done by another company for significantly less than the Glass Doctor bid. The custom mirror installed on my master bath door looks great and the workmanship is excellent. However, I am now stuck with a coupon( for which I paid) for a company with very high prices. As such, I am unlikely to use it or to buy a coupon on Angie's List again.

They were great. But I think this kind of repair is not perfect.

I wish I could give a good review of these guys but they didn't show up for our appointment for an estimate. They called to confirm the window the evening before, and after they were already 30 minutes late I called to inquire and they were still some distance away. They not only didn't show up in the window they gave me, they never had the common courtesy to let me know that they were running VERY LATE. I spoke to Leo, who really really wanted to make things right, but I explained to him that if I'm hiring a contractor to do business for me, that I will potentially be paying hundreds of dollars to, they need to be on time or have the customer service to pick up the phone when they are running 45- an hour late. In Leo's defense, he really really tried to convince me to give them a second chance, but after many frustrating situations with contractors, I'm just not interested in continuing to give them a second chance when they are providing me a service. To Leo's boss, he really did his job well at trying to convince me to work with you, it's not his fault, the ball was dropped by the lack of communication BEFORE I ever called. I just have zero tolerance when it comes to a provider being SO LATE for a job. Unacceptable. I wouldn't trust them to be on time in the future.

Great! The technician was timely, inspected the job site and wrote me a quote onnthe spot. After the quote was accepted, the techician got tovwork in Cutting the new glass and installing it.vthe entire process plus clean up and inspection took less than two hours. And sense I purchased one of the coupons from Angie's Big Deal, my cost was reduced substantially. The new glass also came with a one year warranty against damage, which was reassuring because you can never know about things like this right on the spot.

This company is awesome! I bought an Angie's List deal coupon and it was definitely a great deal. Staff was friendly and the repair was finished a day early. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them next time I need glasswork done. AAA+++

They were quick to answer the phone. Called on a Monday and got an appointment for Wednesday. They gave me an 8:00 am to Noon service window, but arrived at 30 minutes after noon. They called me at Noon to let me know and it did not bother me much that they were a little late. The team was very professional, friendly and the estimate was reasonable from my own research. Total price with 20% Angie's list member discount came out to be $248. It also included a year warranty. They finished the job in 30 minutes. Nice job and I will use them in the future.

They very neat and efficient. The installer very was cordial and nice. I would highly recommend them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I had some hatch windows that had some cracks and we just moved in so they broke a couple of them moving in because we had to go into a window. They did a fairly decent job.

It was done well. We had to go and see them, they didn't come out for the windshield thing, we had to go and visit them. It was a good price. I'd probably find some thing closer to us, cause they were down in Orange County and I think it's time for us where we have to go.

It went very well. They were very promot and clean. they had very good suggestions and reasonable prices as well. we were so pleasantly surprised when they called us to say that the 2 custom sized mirrors we ordered (just 3 days earlier) were in and they were ready to come out and install them the next day if we were available. wow! So quick what a nice surprise! We are very pleased with the materials, installation and their customer service!

I called them for an estimate. it was too high for me as the project was not urgent. A week or so later they called me and made a proposal I could afford. The project went well overall.

Made an appointment on Thursday, March 28, 2013 to come out for an estimate on Monday, April 1, 2013 between the hours of 8 and 12 noon. The company was a no show. Called the Glass Doctor later that afternoon to be informed that we were not scheduled. The customer service rep stated she would call us later in the week to re- schedule. As of date, there has not been a call for reschedule. Poor customer service

It went very well. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He just got the job done efficiently.
