Description of Work: Installed Fujitsu mini-split system. The installation in my condo unit turned out to have some unexpected challenges. The technicians worked collaboratively and creatively to come up with solutions. They were always courteous and professional. The owner was involved in the process.

Description of Work: Annual tune-up fo furnace system. Service was completed over 6 months ago so I don't remember exact details. I have used them in the past and have been completely satisfied with their service. The annual furnace check-up took less than 10 minutes. Tech basically opened up the furncae and said everything looked fine. He made several adjustments and was done within 5 minutes. I told him the furnace made high pitched noise I never heard before and he said it common noise made by the furnace. Heater worked fine throughout the winter months so I guess he knew what he was saying. They serviced my central air in the past and was completely satisfied.

Description of Work: They replaced a broken part on the AC unit.

Description of Work: Over the years, we have come to depend on Long Beach H&AC for our H&AC needs. They have always provided an honest appraisal of our problem and an effective and cost-saving solution. In the most recent case, our AC quit. They found no freon in the unit and therefore inspected for leaks. They found the leak in the evaporator which needed a replacement unit. The new unit took about five hours to replace and the AC now works beautifully.

Description of Work: My complaint with this company is they didn't disclose on the phone that they don't work on floor gas heaters. Now, I have to call out another repair person to do my floor heater.

Description of Work: A technician came out to my house right away to see if my 30 yr old rooftop HVAC unit could be fixed. He band aided it for free & told me that it lasted far longer than it was intended to. Desiree (the BEST) sent me a couple of estimates and discussed with me what my best option would be in the long run. Within a couple of days I had a crane at my house @ 7:30AM (promised time) and my new rooftop unit was installed, up & running within a few hours. The 2 installers were wonderful, nice & helpful in every way. I've been in the construction business for 20 yrs and was completely impressed with this company from start to finish!
