 + -1 moreThey did not complete the work proposed and did not follow up on promises, even though I was under a yearly contract which was full in paid for. I will not work with them again and I have changed companies.

 + -1 moreThey are always on time and the work is done in a timely fashion. I have used them for at least 10 years. The service men that come out are always professional and friendly. They know what to look for especially in my wood beam ceilings.
Description of Work: I have my buildings inspected yearly for termite damage and orange oil is used in infected termite areas. Americana Termite does an excellent job in inspecting the buildings for termites damage which i have a yearly inspection for termites control.
