PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL ME: "Perfectionist" is how most all of my customers describe my work. Customers want 3 things from an experienced and honest contractor, 1) excellent quality, 2) fair pricing, & 3) timeliness. I have been delivering customers exactly what they want for over 26 years (qualified to become licensed as of 2/24/1989) as a general contractor. My main objective is customer service and my style is that of a perfectionist. I've done every type of residential building project imaginable; from an 11,000 square foot home (with three stair cases and an elevator) to trimming a window. I offer several payment options for homeowners; 1) quoted contract, 2) time & materials, or 3) hire by the hour. I also offer consulting services on your home design or, if you already have plans, I can review them for accuracy before your project begins. I've been able to save homeowners thousands of dollars by reviewing their plans BEFORE they begin their project. I also hold a Limited Specialty License (C-61) with a special designation (D-34) for any prefabricated commercial products you may need for your office or commercial building remodel, or ADA / handicap access compliance.
