+ -1 moreSo far Greg Hurst has not lived up to his promise of delivering my Spa. I have sent a demand letter on 4/27/2017. No response so I am filing a complaint in small claims court.
Description of Work: Paid in full for a Spa. After many phone calls and onsite visits the Spa was never delivered! Greg Hurst has repeatedly promised the Spa will be delivered. The manufacture Sundance Spas has told me that Mr Hurst never paid for the Spa so no delivery can be made.

+ -1 moreIt is now January 24th. We called Sundance about two weeks ago and again recently we were told that the part was on back order and it takes 2-4 weeks to arrive. When it arrives he will fix the spa the same day . Here we are a month later with the spa not fixed, no part and no idea of when the part will be in. Maybe Monday, maybe Friday. Meanwhile we found someone that can get the part and install it within three days. He is licensed and has his own business. Even though we are out of the money for installation and no part (thank goodness we didn't pay for the part) we felt it better to move on and get the spa fixed.
Description of Work: The provider did absolutely nothing in regards to servicing the spa. He did come over reasonably fast (Dec 26th) and assessed that the circulating pump was bad . We asked if it could be fixed before February and he assured us that there would be no problem that he could have a replacement within a week. We paid him $129.00 and that would include the initial visit and installation. We called Sundance several times and felt that customer service was lacking.
