 + -1 moreIt took me quite some time to decide exactly what I wanted and Susan was an angel! She is knowledgeable, professional and, in my case, patient. I love the roman shades she helped me select. Her installer is also very professional and always punctual.

 + -1 moreInstallation was fine but when batteries wore down we had a hard time with it. Any information left behind would have been helpful. Susan was rude. She said they would charge $100 to come out and show us how to do it. It would have cost us nothing if some instructions were left.
Description of Work: No literature was left as to where the battery or batteries were housed. It was not explained. We called and Susan was snippy and condesending.

 + -1 moreThe owner was responsive. The sales person was excellent but not too pushy. The product is high-quality. The measurements were precise. The installers professional and expert. Plantation shutters for the whole house is never cheap, but we thought the price was competitive, especially with the level of service offered. We are thrilled and would highly recommend this company.

 + 0 moreIt was great. First, I was very impressed how Jarred showed up 5 minutes early. Next, he helped me figure out what kinds of shades I needed. We went with the double honeycomb shades for an awesome price. Then , when the shades arrived, the installer called me and we scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Last, the installer showed up on time and just before he was finished Jarred showed up to make sure everything went smoothly. The shades insulate more then I expected. Very pleased! Thank you Jarred and SAK!

 + 0 moreTerrifically! We had our shutters installed in about eight weeks by a Professional Installer, and couldn't be happier with the finished product. SAK kept us informed from start to finish. I would use them again, and have recommended SAK to my clients, friends and family.
Description of Work: Delighted doesn't begin to describe my positive experience with SAK window treatments. Jarred showed up, on-time *which in the foothills is a rarity!) and with a wide variety product samples and creative ideas. We had no idea what to do with our new home. We fell in love with the Plantation Shutters, he measured, designed, priced them right on the spot. We enjoyed working with him and his team, Susan and Sarah - so personable & knowledgeable!

Description of Work: We needed window coverings for our vacation home in ******* Pines, Ca., so we decided to call Sak Blinds Shades & Shutters. Our Designer was Susan, and she came to our home with lots of samples and ideas. We decided on Portrait Honeycomb Shades, because they were energy efficient, and we get snow at this house. They were installed in four weeks, and really make a difference, no more drafts.......Susan, made this an easy decision, and the new shades look beautiful and compliment all our home furnishings. Since then, we have recommended SAK to our friends, and would use them again if we had another home to furnish. Thanks SAK. Rachel Ronquillo
