Excellent job done every time! They go the extra mile! I have a hard time believing anyone giving a bad review must be very difficult to please!

Terrible company! When they didn?t show up to our appointment to estimate the job (or even phone to cancel), that should have been my first clue not to hire them. When Erich finally came out, he provided no written estimate. He rattled off dollar amounts for each task (clean windows, tile entry way, shampoo carpets, clean tile in bathroom). This should have been my second clue that this was an unprofessional outfit, but we hired them anyway. When they arrived to do the job, my husband noticed the windows weren?t getting clean AT ALL. He pointed this out to the employee, who said for an EXTRA $3 per window he could get them clean! Hmmm?I would expect if you are paying a professional cleaning company to clean windows, you wouldn?t have to pay EXTRA for the window to be clean. Then the employee said cleaning the tile vanity in the bathroom would be $20 extra, even though I clearly requested an estimate to clean the TILE bathroom (naturally assuming the TILE vanity was included along with the TILE floor and TILE shower in the TILE bathroom). After arguing at length with Erich (another clue that this company was unprofessional by the way he spoke to me), he agreed to clean the tile vanity if I paid EXTRA to SEAL all the tile. The employee who applied the seal to the tile entry was very sloppy in applying the product. My husband pointed it out, and the employee said it would dry and not be noticeable. However, it was very noticeable (gray) and sticky, which attracted dirt to the freshly cleaned floor causing me to scrub it myself (thereby defeating the purpose of hiring ?professionals?). My husband paid with a check when they were finished (still receiving no written invoice or receipt). Since we were very unsatisfied with the terrible job, I stopped payment on the check and told Erich we needed to discuss the fee. Not only was I SHOCKED at the incredibly rude way Erich spoke to me again, he accused me of not wanting to pay and threatened me with legal action. I told him I was happy to pay for the portions of the job completed properly, but not for those that looked no different or worse than before his crew arrived. In the end I paid more than what I felt was fair simply to avoid collection action. Although since we received no written estimate or written invoice upon completion, we probably would have won a legal battle. So if you are looking for quality professionals DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They company owner arrived on time to start the window cleaning job. His crew arrived to clean the carpets. Both jobs were done professionally and in a timely manner. We were very satisfied with the completed work.

David, the young man who did the work, was wonderful. He worked quickly and did an excellent job. He replaced six window screens. We have used Pioneer for over 15 years and they always provide us with excellent service at an excellent price. They have cleaned our carpets, garage floor, windows and screens, power washed our home's exterior and our patio. They are prompt, courteous and very friendly. They are also very honest. We wouldn't trust our home to any other company! :-)

As usual, they were very punctual, fast and did a great job.

I have used Pioneer Cleaning Services every year since 1989. I highly recommend Erich and his staff. He is the most conscientious service provider that I have every encountered, and he has selected a staff that is just as conscientious. They are friendly, responsible, and responsive. I am always astounded at how well the carpets look after their cleaning. I keep thinking I need to replace the carpets but when they are done I decide they can make it another year . Family members have tried other carpet cleaners, but all are now using his service. Once you use Pioneer, you will call them back over and over again.

The owner came out and we walked through the house. I told him the areas that I wanted done and he gave me an estimate at that time. I called the office and we set up the two appointments.

At first, a couple of neighbors and I got together and scheduled Pioneer to come out and do all out windows in one day. They gave a break on the price since they didn't have to travel between jobs and basically spent the whole day on our street. Two youngs showed up on time. One started on the outside while one worked on the inside. Did all the windows and screens in a couple of hours for a very reaonable price. I found out they also do carpets, so the next spring hired them to do my carpets AND windows and the owner again gave me a price break because of the "bundled" services...even though the carpet cleangin and teh window cleaning weren't on the same day. They did a great job with the carpets. On time, fast, moved furniture they needed to move, etc.

This was the second time I have used Eric. Once again, he saved me from replacing the carpets. There were stains that I thought weren't going to come out, yet somehow he found a way to get them out. I will use Pioneer for many years to come.

When we bought the house, we thought we might have to replace the carpets they were so bad. We figured it was worth a few bucks to try to clean them to save $5,000 in replacement. (The carpet cleaning was only about $300.) Pioneer cleaned the old carpets. When my contractor came in afterwords, he asked when I replaced the carpets. That's how clean Pioneer got the carpets. They looked almost new, though they were so dirty previously that we thought we were going to have to replace them. They did an unbelievably good job. I would use Pioneer again for anything. They also cleaned the HVAC system vents. Since that one is a bit tough to measure, I can't say what kind of job they did, but I believe it was as good as the carpets.

The guy who runs it is so conscientious and does an excellent job. We?ve been using him for 10 years.

THEY DID A SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB FOR ME THAT I HAVE TOLD OTHERS ABOUT THEM. I THINK THAT THEIR PRICE WAS GREAT. EVERYTHING LOOKS SO GOOD. I HAVE THEM COME OUT EVERY YEAR.
