+ -1 moreThey did not find any pest, but found some dry rot. Their first attempt was very pathetic and the second wasn't any better. Finally I called and threatened to call the BBB and finally the owners came out and repaired the problem above and beyond what I had asked for. So ultimately I was happy, it just took to long.
Description of Work: They were hired to perform the pest inspection and dry rot repair for out house prior to closing.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE HARD TO GET TO COME OUT BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY. WHEN THEY CAME, THEY TOOK THE TIME TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. THEY WERE QUICK AT FINDING THE DAMAGE TO THE DECK AND THEY EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT TO DO TO PREVENT FUTURE PROBLEMS.
Description of Work: THEY LOOKED FOR TERMITES AND DRY-ROT. THEY REPLACED OUTSIDE WOOD ON MY DECK THAT HAD DRY-ROTTED AND THEY REPLACED OTHER THINGS THAT WERE DAMAGED FROM THE TERMITES.
