+ -1 moreFantastic. We are very excited about our pond and newly claimed acreage. Dennis was a pleasure to work with, having valuable input based on his experience on this type of property and the plans we have for it. He was so fast with his equipment as well (so fast, in fact, that I had a hard time keeping up with him in giving him directions). I'm sure we'll be calling him again. His price was fair for the work performed, considering how much he got done in the time he was there.
Description of Work: Dug a large pond and cleared a lot of brush, grading along the way.

+ -1 moreThe work was done in a timely manner and done very quickly. Dennis was personable and very helpful and I would recommend him.
Description of Work: Dennis did work for us twice, we live on an acre and had him do some grading for a patio and lawn area back in 2004. 3-4 years later (2008-2009) we had him bring in about 18 truck loads of dirt and create a larger lawn area and some contouring around the house to provide drainage away from the house. He created a two tiered yard that was previously sloping.

+ 0 moreHe worked non-stop grading the land to put flat areas in a steep hillside for both areas in which he was working. I'd highly recommend Dennis for your grading work.
Description of Work: Dennis graded two 15 foot deep by 125 feet swaths of land on a semi-steep hillside to terrace them. Then he moved a whole hillside back 20 feet in back of the house about 40' by 20'. He worked without breaks from 8:30am to 4:30pm. He had complete control of his equipment and a through knowledge of how to grade to make flat areas on a hillside.
