Trifecta Painting

Work started on time. Took longer than estimated, mostly due to rain.

Indoor touch up painting was done. Ari was able to provide me the services I requested at a very reasonable price. We even had a misunderstanding of the start date and Ari made the changes to make it work, instead of asking us to change our schedules. We had a limited time to work with and CertaPro made the adjustments necessary to make it work for us. After all of that, the quality of work was exceptional and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

After I called Certapro painters, Ean returned my call promptly. and came to my house to see the work to be done. He promptly submitted an estimate as described above.

Ari P. and CertaPro gave me a quick estimate and scheduled the work a few days later. The painters were extrememly professional, making sure that our house didn't fill with dust. They also managed to keep our dog from escaping which isn't easy. The people were courteous, the communication was excellent. I was a painting contractor in my youth and I was very impressed with the way this company took care of business. We will certainly be using them again.

The process was smooth, especially considering that the rains came when Ari and his team were about to start painting our house. The team was very professional and accommodating.

Crew showed up promptly, were very neat and respectful, did work as contracted for, cleaned up well, and returned promptly when we found a few missed spots. Contractor was very attentive at all stages and even afterwards.

Everything went very smoothly. The painters had to come back for some touchups and they did so diligently. Ari his remained in touch with me until today and helping me out with addtional sources that I need from time to time.

Ari gave a very complete and detailed estimate. I really appreciated his attention to detail, and the time he took with me to answer all my questions. The paint crew was polite and very aware of allowing our lives to be as unaffected as possible by their presence. They were very patient with the rainy weather they had to deal with, and with the changes that I asked for as the project went along. Ari was here every day to check in with the crew and with me. Ari's willingness to repaint samples while we debated about our door color was so greatly appreciated! The job looks beautiful, and they left the job site clean every day. Really great experience.

It went very well. Ean came and gave me a thorough estimate, his crew came when he said they would to perform the work. They were professional and came consistently for the several days that the job took to complete. They were clean and careful about handling our furniture. The final product was just what we hoped for.

The painters did a fantastic job. We have recently recommended them to friends who need a painter. Neighbors commented on how great the house looks. We would use them again. They worked conscientiously, were very neat, polite, excellent painters. We were impressed by their excellent work. Their attention to detail was great. We couldn't have been happier.

Ean started with a very thorough interview to produce a quote. The quote was very professional. While it was slightly above others I received, I trusted it. It seemed more honest. Ean completed the work on time. The paint looks great. Combined with helpful finance options, this was an overall excellent service!

We first contacted Ean in May this year. As we were also working a landscaping project, we had to delay the start of the painting job. Ean was patient and worked with us to fit into a tight schedule. Once started his crew (Luis and Pedro) showed up on time and completed the job is a professional manner. The crew took great care to ensure nothing was damaged. The paint job looks nice and the clean up was well done.

Let me just say that Ean, the owner, is the epitome of professionalism. He's timely, thorough and VERY responsive to your needs and concerns. Even though there were some issues with the workers themselves, I'm giving an A because of Ean. I will say this...in the end, we got an excellent paint job, both inside and out...for a reasonable price. And isn't that exactly what you're looking for? (You know there is a "but" coming.) But....it wasn't without a few problems along the way. The guys who did the interior were fantastic...no issues there. But the guys who did the exterior were not as good. There were whole sections they missed, other areas that weren't done that well, and they didn't clean up that well. That being said...Ean made absolutely sure that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. He seemed to genuinely care about it. Heck, he's the one that spotted some of the problems when he came to inspect the work. And to me, as long as a business owns up to their mistakes and works to make them right...it's almost as if they never made them in the first place. And like I said before...in the end - great paint job, reasonable price.

Absolutely outstanding. I am a hard person to please and they definitely surpassed my expectations. The painters were on-time. Ean, who handled the estimate, was always available and kept in touch during the job. The painters were very courteous, professional, prompt, and above all respectful of my property. Painters cleaned up after every day and put away all their material in one clean and neat pile that was out of the way. Job looks amazing!

The estimate was approximately $4500 and I thought that they were very professional.

The whole experience went wonderfully and they did an excellent job. The painter arrived on time, covered everything with cloths, took all the pictures down, and I was very pleased with their work. When the job was finished, the painter put everything back, nothing was damaged, and cleaned everything up. I am planning to have the exterior of my home done and am definitely using Certapro Painters. I highly recommend this company!

This was the first time I had painted the exterior of my home and I wanted a drastic change. Ean was very patient with my decision-making process and gave me great advice on color choices. I was having some other work done in the meantime, and he was very accommodating about that, too. His crew was very neat and professional during a challenging week weather-wise (wind, rain, etc.) I trusted them to come back and finish after I had to leave town, and I was not at all disappointed with the results when I returned.

Prompt, responsive, punctual and tidy. It wasn't the lowest bid I got, but it was a very fair price and the work was top notch.

The entire process was professional and timely. Ean came to my home and clearly went over everything with me, prior to the job being awarded. He spent a good amount of time preparing the bid, even though he didn't know if I was choosing his company. When the job was awarded, his crew took everything down in the home and replaced it exactly as it was initially. Likewise, they were prompt, kind, overly generous with their time and exceptional in their attention to detail.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The work was done on time, starting on Monday and finishing on Friday. The crew was punctual, courteous and professional. Ean was always available by phone and came by if there was a question. They were exceptionally respectful of our property, worked hard and quietly, and cleaned up every night. This was a challenging job as it is a hillside house with a high elevation. They managed it expertly without adding any more time to the projected schedule.

The prep work was excellent and precise. the painting was great. There was one patch on ceiling that I wasn't pleased with, but they are coming back in July and it will be fixed then. This was my choice. Every night they cleaned up after themselves. I was very, very pleased

My experience in dealing with CertaPro Painters was very positive. They have strong communication skills and are very professional. While budget constraints at my condo have not yet permitted CertaPro to perform the services as outlined, I look forward to contacting them in the near future.

I interviewed the owner last summer, but we couldn't begin the project at that time. When it came time to start the work, I called them back. Ean is professional, knowledgeable and very accomodating. I made several changes to paint color (going back to my original choice), but he took it in stride. The crew showed up on schedule, and on time. They were efficient, polite and neat. We had several delays due to rain, but everything in the yard was covered and protected, and as soon as the rains stopped, they were back on board. There was wood rot, and termite damage in places, and Ean provided a carpenter to replace those areas. The job went perfectly, and other than the weather, not one thing went wrong.
