Trifecta Painting

Painted house and repaired all cracks and abrasions around the house. Ean and his crew were patient and accommodating. It was a very big job, but they took it in stride. The repaired stucco looks great. The wood trim that they fixed also looks great. Can't do much better then CertaPro.

Previously [5-6 years ago] they painted the exterior of our home and several interior rooms. Ean Belafsky is a pleasure to do business with; as my father would have said, "You can take his word to the bank."

I chose CertaPro based on the rave reviews on Angie's List and they lived up to all of them! Ean is incredibly patient and responsive - he stuck with me, without complaint, through innumerable delays and changes of plan. His painters were wonderful - did a beautiful job patching and smoothing badly damaged walls and posts. They were tidy and polite, and they speak English so easy to communicate with them. They arrived promptly every day (job took 7 days). The house looks radically different - I like my house again. Best of all, they were fantastic with our dogs and made sure the dogs were safe at all times, never left the front door open, never left dangerous things lying around when they went to lunch, etc. Have already recommended them to one friend and will definitely use them again.

Ean was extremely patient with us as we sorted out the scope of initial work to be done and which colors we would use. He was always professional and was willing to rewrite the contract several times as we finalized plans. We knew what our cost would be throughout the job. Once the crew arrived they got right to work. They were polite, professional and responsive to our requests. Ean checked in with them and us on a very regular basis to make sure things were progressing as planned. There were a few unexpected issues during the job and it ran slightly over the projected timeline, but Ean worked hard to resolve the matters to our satisfaction. We appreciate Ean's honesty. He is good to his word and will make things right when they go wrong. We highly recommend CertaPro and will use them again in the future.

As in my prior three experiences with Certa Pro and Ean, everything was very smooth, professional, and easy. No Drama, no problems. From the moment you contact Ean you feel like you are in good hands. THe crew was punctual, very respectful, and took care of my home. The job went exactly as proposed and the interior looks better than I expected. Ean is a true pro, and offers excellent advice.

I had hired another painter who waited until the day he was supposed to start to tell me that he couldn't do the job. Desperate, went to Angie's List and found Certa Pro! The smartest move I could have made! Within hours, Ean came to the house and gave me a very fair estimate . Luckily, he was able to start the work that week. Each person on the crew was meticulous about the job. Our ceilings were uneven, cracked and covered with rough plaster. It wasn't an easy job. Certa Pro sanded, smoothed and painted until they were satisfied. I never got the feeling that they were rushing, or less than 100% engaged in their work. Ean either called or stopped by frequently to make sure all was going well. They were punctual, eager to help, courteous and always left the house in an orderly fashion. I would recommend them to anyone - and I'd never hire anyone else!

Ean of CertaPro Painters SFV-Beverly Hills provided a timely and fair estimate for painting the wood trim of my residence. He informed me what the effects would be of my decisions and suggested recomendations. Daniel and the painting crew were responsive to my requests and concerns and were eager to please.

Ean Belafsky of Certa-Pro was very good to work with. We were able to go to a local Sherwin/Williams store and get paint samples for free. My husband and I really took our time agonizing over the colors and Ean was fine about our taking our time to decide. The day of the work went really smoothly as two painters came (forgot their names, but they were terrific) and worked steadily until the late afternoon. They returned the next morning promptly and completed the job. Every fixture was taken down and everything was masked properly. The results are excellent and now we are going to be calling them again for more painting!

It went well. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They moved all our heavy furniture and covered everything with plastic. They spent the entire first day patching and prepping the walls and molding in the three rooms. They primed almost every surface (because the old paint was also oil-based) and they painted beautifully. We purchased the paint ourselves, Benjamin Moore-Aura due to its color retention properties. The biggest drawback to this paint was it is fast drying which can cause streaking if not applied properly. The CertaPro painters told me they were familiar with that paint and obviously they were as the job came out perfectly! We used this paint project as a test for the painter. If they did a good job, we would let them paint the exterior of our home and some additional bedrooms. Well, Ean is coming over on Tuesday to give us an estimate for the exterior painting project. We will definitely be using CertaPro again!

It turned out pretty well. They were very attentive and clean. They left the house in great shape each day. They were very approachable and made great recommendations on paintings for the house. It was an all around great experience. They got the job done in about 4-5 days, and they also came back and did some touch-ups and we changed colors in some of the rooms. They did some stuff above and beyond what we originally asked them to do.

Everything went perfect. There are no complaints. They were on time, extremely neat, and superb workmanship.

I have used CertaPro painters before. They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive. But . . . the company does the BEST paint job you'll ever experience. Not only that. The workers are very professional. There was no problem with communication because the lead painter spoke English. Their contract is more in depth than any I've seen. "Everything" is spelled out. Believe me, you can't do better than CertaPro.

Everything went smoothly. There was a painting crew of three men each day including a supervisor and we had the same team for the entire week. All of them spoke English very well so there were no language barriers and no miscommunications. The crew was very respectful of our needs and requirements including watching out for our 3 dogs to make sure none of them escaped the yard as they were going in and out. In addition to doing a beautiful job, they were also were very neat and tidy. So glad we used them for this job.

They were pleasant, professional, arrived on time and left everything immaculate. I couldn't be happier.

Ean, the owner, was very thorough in his estimate and provided us with many helpful tips and much insight into our job. He was patience while we made up our minds and was very forthcoming about what to expect. The job had to be squeezed into 4 days right before we moved into the house, and it went off without a hitch. The work was spectacular! The workers were ontime and pleasant, they took every precaution, and followed our instructions to the letter. I couldn't be more pleased with Ean and his team, and would be happy to recommend him and Certapro to anyone needing any painting done. We didn't even get a second estimate we were so taken with our first impression! And we were ever so pleased. Ean is professional, courteous and thorough. His dedication to his work and customer service is unmatched.

Excellent experience. Ean came out to give me a quote. I had three other quotes and his was the lowest, although I probably would have used him anyway because he presented himself in the most professional manner of the three. He worked around my schedule. He was very patient with paint color choices and even used a different paint company than he usually does for one of the colors at my request. He usually uses Sherwin-Williams and he had me contact the person at the store to get samples and she also was very helpful and friendly while I was making my color choices. On the day the job started he came with the 3-man crew to get them started. One of the guys spoke pretty good English which was appreciated. The guys were so nice, neat, thorough, and skilled. They taped everything, they sanded where needed and filled holes where needed. They moved furniture for me and when they were done they put everything back. In order to get done in two days they worked late on the second day without complaint. I went around and the few touch ups that needed to be done before they left they took care of. My house looks amazing! I hope to use them again next year when I'm ready to paint the exterior of the house.

Certa Pro did an awesome job from start to finish! Priming and painting our house was not an easy job as we live in a 3 story, hillside house that is sided copmletely in wood. The house had not been painted since it was built 30 years ago, and the wood siding had taken a beating over the years. Prior to painting, we had all of the window trim replaced and we ended up replacing roughly 1/2 of the siding due to rot. Our initial quote from Ean, to prime the whole house, did not account for that much of the siding being replaced. He charged us a very reasonable amount for the additional work required to prime and paint the new siding. During the course of the work, we had some glitches along the way caused by rotting facia board at the roof line of the 3rd level, steepest part of the house. Ean's crew took it in stride and worked with the us to get the facia board replaced and painted in a timely manner. Working with Ean and his crew was not the usual experience I've had with other contractors. From the moment weI met Ean, when he came to give the estimate for the job, he was very easy to work with. He was honest with what the house needed and didn't try to sell us the Brooklyn Bridge along with the paint job, as some other painting contractors we met with. We had done a lot of research prior to getting estimates and Ean was the stand alone in not trying to make the job "seem" more complicated than what it was to jack up the price. Also, Ean was extremely helpful in referring us to other professionals that provided needed services prior to and during the job. Everyone he referred was of equally high standards and super easy to work with. On the start day, his crew arrived on time and reviewed the entire project from start to finish with me. His crew was professional (yet, super nice) and equally easy to work with. They asked questions before painting or moving on to make sure that the job was done to our liking. Also, they made every effort to make sure that we were satisfied 100% every step of the way. Additionally, Ean has been 100% responsive to some touch up work that needs to be done. He came out, checked out what needed to be done, and scheduled the work to be done. I'd highly recommend Ean Belafsky and Certapro Painters of SFV-Beverly Hills for several reasons: 1) Honesty and integrity (not easy to come by with contractors). 2) Excellent value for the investment made to paint your home, place of business, etc. 3) Ean's crew takes pride in the job they do for you & their goal is for you to be 100% happy when the job is done. 4) Ean backs his work 100% in a timely manner. Kudos to Ean and his team! You can't go wrong!

Ean provided an estimate to re-paint our entire home. Everything came out looking great! On time, on budget. Would absolutely work with him and his team again. The work was great and even after we noticed a few items hadn't been re-installed after the job was over, Ean promptly had someone come over and hang those items back up the next day.

Everything went fantastic. I called Ean for an estimate - he came and gave me great information on the options with pros and cons. Shortly after work began- and finished on time (10 days)! When his crew came across things needing repair (not visible in the estimate) during prep, Ean was quick to respond so we could finish on time. Great experience!

Ean's crew came in and fixed a previously painted small bathroom that was not done well by another painter. They also did some touch up on exterior doors which had a lot of sun and weather damage. Ean and his crew were very responsive and prompt. He made an extra effort to obtain the product he thought would be best for the job on our exterior doors and threshold. This was a small job in comparison of many other jobs I have seen in the reviews, but Ean never made me feel my job was too small for his extra attention. The job turned out great. The bathroom had a lot of detail around tile and it looks great. The price was great. We definitely will hire them again.
