Everything went very smoothly, and on time! Natali is very professional and attentive to detail. I was very impressed with the workers who managed to keep the place dust free, they were also great about keeping their masks on due to Covid. It was an overall great experience and I love my new bathroom and kitchen!

The company rep arrived on time for the estimate and answered all of my questions completely and professionally.

I did a large scale remodeling project of my house in culver city, i used So cal builders. They did the perfect remodeling job on top of the service and quality that all together were much higher than perfect. All the remodeling sections at the house were teared down to the studs and re-built based on a design that was made by them. Natali was an amazing, skilled, straight forward person that know very well how to take care of everything from start to finish! I absolutely recommend them!

They demolished my very small outdated and ugly kitchen in the middle of September 2019 and I'm currently waiting for them to repair the recessed lighting that is falling out of the ceiling. I was told that the entire job would take 4 to 5 weeks, and here I am 4 months later, the cabinet maker was hopeless at measuring and the cabinets had to be remade and adjustments and changes made multiple times. I was left with a kitchen close to what I requested, but hate that the changes I had no choice but to accept that were not in the original design. The workmen, installers, electricians and plumbers were awesome, the company itself seemed more interested in other jobs they were doing rather than mine. In the end I'm left with a lot of loose ends they refused to deal with, and currently looking for someone to do what they didnt such as sealing the floor and filling in gaps. Be sure to cross the T's and dot the I's on any contract you sign with this company and make sure to include a completion date. This wasnt what I was expecting when I was spending $50k plus on a dream kitchen.

Project was done on time and the workers were trustworthy. They performed quality work and spent late evenings when we needed the work done that day. Project manager got all the materials when needed and was professional and sensitive to my schedule needs. Overall it was completed to my satisfaction.

My daughter contacted So Cal Builders and Design Inc., for information about the approximate cost of renovating a house to be sold. Avi of So Cal Builder's & Design immediately replied by phone. In the most professional way, Avi answered all questions and additionally gave information in regard to the planned project. Also, so we could see how the work is done, Avi offered us to come by a house So Cal Builder's & Design is working on currently. I appreciated the opportunity to see So Cal Builder's & Design at work. Avi was at the site and took the time to explain every aspect of what had been done so far and what the next step for this project will be. At the site, it appeared that Avi had streamlined the work. My daughter and I were very pleased with what we saw. We appreciated Avi's guidance very much and felt that we can trust So Cal Builder's & Design Inc. to take on our planned project. At the end of our visit, it happened that the owner of Avi's current worksite came by, which gave us a chance to talk to him. He related to us that he is very thankful to have Avi take care of his project. He praised Avi's honesty and excellent workmanship.

I had been refereed to So Cal Builders & Design from an online home serve site. I first spoke with a lady from their call center, she was very helpful and polite. She took my info and told me I would get a phone call. I did not think I was going to get a return call but I did! That same day! 😊. Avi returned the call, I explained what my project specs were and asked what was needed to start this project. Avi explained all the details so I would know what to expect for this size job. He then offered to make an appointment so I could see a current job site he and his team are working on. I took the opportunity; I am glad I did. I was so impressed with my meeting. The work site was amazing, the project had original stone work that will be preserved, the site looked organized and his team was working. It was all under control. Avi is very knowledgeable he answered all my questions and scenario that I needed advice on. I also had a chance to briefly meet the owner of the property. He was all smiles he could not say anything negative all praises and how honest and the great job Avi is doing. Jonathan came to our home twice to give us an estimate for our scope of work. He was very detailed and went through each line item with us to explain the job. Questions we had were answered along the way. Jonathan was also available for any follow up questions we had. He was punctual for each appointment and very professional.

Uri and his crew of professionals at So Cal Coast Design have just completed two of our bathroom in Long Beach. Couldn’t be more pleased with the work they did and I can’t say enough about how professional, honest and putting a lot of hard work to give us two beautiful bathroom we always wanted. Uri spent many hours working with us planning the remodel and always patient and providing critical feedback on relevant issues. Uri was so accommodating to our wishes and never tried to push us to stick with the decision we no longer desire. The most important things is passing the city inspection making sure everything of there work is by the code and safe for us to use. We would highly recommend So Cal Cost Design to anyone who wishes to remodel there home at a reasonable price. We couldn’t be more happier with the renovation and are looking forward to spending many years of comfort and happiness in our newly remodeled bathroom.

Although I often use Angies List, I did not hire this business through them; but I do recommend them :) I am very impressed with this company. I am picky since I have had issues in the past with other companies workers. Because of past issues with workers blasting their music, yacking on their cells constantly, leaving messes and washing their vehicles while on the job; I asked for: No music being played by workers, no being on cell phones while working, no washing their vehicles with my water, to be clean and behave like an adult when using my restrooms, and to clean up after themselves. Uri made sure that the workers abided by my requests. Uri was great. He checks in regularly and is there for your questions, and was there to see any issues were handled. Other companies I've used in the past did not do this. The workers were great; all very nice, hard workers who showed up to work on time and behaved in a professional manner. The cost below does not include cost of tile or paneling but does include the paint and other materials needed for the projects.

I meet Uri , we were taking about redoing our roof and more work inside the house. Uri was very professional and informative. Definitely will use again!

I hired So Cal Builders to refinish all of the wood windows, cabinets, floors, doors, and baseboards in my house. In addition, they painted the whole interior of my house, resealed the stone on my patio, and repaired outdoor stone and indoor plumbing. At the end of the job, they returned to touch up, and to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. The contract that we signed was very specific, and they completed all parts without ever attempting to add costs. The workers were very skilled, polite and respectful of both our family and our neighbors. They cleaned up at the end of every day, and were meticulous in both their work and clean up. The project manager and foreman were available at all times if I had concerns or questions, and both made frequent visits to the house to ensure the job was being completed at a high standard and in a timely way. My home looks as if it were brand new. I would highly recommend this company for any size home renovation, and I will hire them again when it is time to complete work on the exterior of my house.

Uri was professional and punctual, he was very friendly and even met us when we were available later in the evening. He got us a fair quote quickly. We would definitely use him again.

Avi from So Cal Builders & Design Inc was our general contractor for our house's addition/expansion. This is the 2nd time we worked with Avi and his team, after he helped us completely remodeled our existing house, we know he is the perfect guy for our phase II of building the addition to our house. Again, Avi is so great to work with! He is very knowledgable on all construction related work and he is always available to help with whatever. He is able to come up with super creative solutions for all our requests/wants, we couldn't be happier with the work from So Cal Builders & Design Inc! My city is pretty strict come to all different types of code, Avi was amazing at managing all the city requests for us, I am glad that he helped with all that stuff for us so we didn't have to worry about anything. The work itself is truly awesome, and Avi and his team are here for us even when the work is completed when we need anything. I completely trust Avi and will for sure recommend him to anyone!

Avi did an awesome job with my house remodeling. From the beginning, Avi was very knowledge for all our needs and he is very patient to go over all of our questions. We have a very strict timeline to finish the remodeling due to we need to move, Avi ensured me that everything will be on time, and he was right! Everything was done great and on time. He was there for all my needs, from tiny to really urgent issues. We are so happy that we are asking Avi to do our phase II remodeling to do the addition to our house.

It went well, the workers were speedy and did quality work. They were all very professional. Aviad was helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries by me. I had a problem with the doorknob sticking after installation and they were able to fix it right away. Good service.

It went very well. I'm very happy with my drive way. The work was done quickly and the new driveway is beautiful. Avaid is honorable and keeps all agreements. I'm hiring him again to redo my kitchen.

Alon and the So Cal team were professional from the beginning. We were looking to completely gut and rebuild our kitchen, and unsure about a lot of details. Alon met with us and immediately helped us get comfortable with our decisions and shared some helpful suggestions along the way. Early on, he made the correct assessment of a small wall we had to remove, which made us feel good about the project from the start. The teams that came in and worked daily, were generally clean, fast and courteous. We felt comfortable having them in our house, and feel they took pride in their work. During a project like this, there are bound to be hiccups and issues that can throw off a timeline or add costs. I'm happy to say we had few. Even while we were on a planned vacation out of the country during the project, Alon kept in contact with us and gave us updates as the team worked through an issue. As the project finished up, Alon ensured that all our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. Ultimately, we couldn't be happier with our kitchen. It looks better than we had envisioned and would gladly recommend So Cal Builders. Thanks Alon and team for doing a great job!

It was very nice. There was kind of an estimate too, but the idea was to get a 3-D drawing of the bathroom and then there could be an estimate if you wanted the work done. I kinda wanted to see what it would look like, so that was good. I purchased two drawings from them. I think they were may $39 apiece or $49 apiece or something like that. They came out like within a week of when I ordered it. They just called and came out. The guy came out when it was convenient for us, and they came back like a week later and explained to us the drawings and give us an estimate on what we were looking at. One person came out to perform the service and he was here about 20 minutes.
