Description of Work: I need to get someone draw a plan for my backyard, so I can submit it to HOA for approval of the project and give the project team a idea of how to get it done. It was very difficult to set up an appointment and get the final result from this company. The drawing is only a general 3-D like pic, with no detail of irrigation system or planters. The most important information he gave us is the price quote for this project, which most of builder will give you for free. Eventually, we do not use the drawing for any purpose.

Dear [Member name] Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business, Our design doesn't including irrigation system or planters because we don't do landscape only hardscape. I'm a little bit surprise you are not happy with the design for the hardscape because when i called you to follow up after we send you the design you told me everything is great. We are trying to provide our customers with the best possible service and since you are not happy with the results we will be more then happy to refund your money, please contact the office at your earliest convenience.
