Shalom was quick and answered all our questions. We talked yesterday and job is complete today already. He'll be our go to electrician in the future.

We thought our exhaust fan needed to be replaced because it sounded like it had died a horrible death. Replacement would have been a nightmare since I have an old house which means everything that dies is a pain in the neck to find a replacement for. But Shalom told us all it needed was a good cleaning which he did and now is running better than before. I was so impressed because it would have been so easy to just say 'replace it'. Shalom is a wonderful person, warm and earnest. I could have talked to him all day he was so interesting. He explained everything so simply so I could understand. After trying out six other companies it was a no brained to make Shalom my go to guy. I stick with companies for a looong time my plumbers been with us 25 years so that says a lot. I think he's great and highly recommend him.

My need versus their schedule did not work.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CHARGED MORE THAN ANY ONE ELSE TO SHOW UP DID NOT QUOTE PRICE JUST MADE IT UP THEN DID NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING ONCE HE GOT THERE. VERY SAD REPRESENTATION OF THIS SERVICE.LUCKY U HAVE OTHER PEOPLE LISTED AS I FOUND SOMEONE TO DO THE JOB AT A FAIR PRICE AND CAME WHEN SAID THEY WOULD AND QUOTED PRICE UP FRONT. Shalom is a great guy. Gave us a fair estimate. Showed up EARLIER than expected (awesome)! Did the work in a clean and orderly fashion and was pleasant the entire time. He is our new electrician!

When the gentleman arrived he looked at the light location from the ground. Right away he told me it was illegally set up. Despite being set up wrong I asked if he could make the light work for right now so I could look into my backyard at night. We told me to get a whole new light. I got the impression that he was only there for making money and that left me with a very bad feeling.

This electrician has excellent customer service skills. He completed the job thoroughly, efficiently, and in a timely fashion. He made sure I understood the entire process, and had good reason to take pride in his work. I even asked him to take on some additional electrical work we had not initially discussed, and he was quite willing to accommodate us and our busy schedule.

He's very responsible, cleaned up after himself, knew what he was doing and always communicated when I needed him too. I got three bids, he was not the cheapest, however, he showed up on time and did a professional job. He was only about 10 % higher, but he came out and saw the job first, then gave me a price. The other bids were over the phone.

Everything is fine. They do good work, I am pleased. They give a good price for the work.
