Toni, the plumber who came to unclog our sink, was nice (although he went to the wrong house at first) but not very responsive to question and not very clear in his responses. I don't know if it was a language problem or not. He tried very hard to get us to have more done than just unclog the sink. He would not take no for an answer. I guess he thought we would give in if he asked 4 or 5 times even though we said no every time. I finally had to tell him to STOP asking and he did.

The line they were inspecting was full of water so they could not inspect it, but they charged me full price...$188. Bummer. Their only suggestions was that I spend another $805 to have it cleared. My gardener did it the next week in about an hour!!!

Carlos was wonderful, and actually was able to arrive earlier than scheduled. Very professional and wanted to make sure that I was happy. He not only resolved my backyard leaky faucet, but improved it by replacing it with a ball faucet not to have a problem again.
