Jeff came on time went out of his way to make sure the installation and cleanup was done correctly before leaving. Good workmanship, friendly and i definitely will use him for future plumbing projects.

This company came highly recommended by Home Advisor (full 5 stars, >35 reviews). The plumber Ahmed was very clean, thorough, skillful, well equipped with up to date tech, quick worker, knowledgeable, and very good clean up. He was not on time due to traffic but called 3 times to let me know of the delay and where he was, and how much longer he would be, which I found acceptable, being well aware of the exact traffic route myself. Original estimate of $75 was fair for what was expected, and when it was discovered the job would require far more work and money, he charged the lowest price of the new estimate range of $550 to $750. He unexpectedly had to go get parts locally on a Saturday night, and worked into the evening till the job was completely done. Even though it cost much more than at first expected, I believe it was fair, and the complete problem was thoroughly and finally fixed.

Ahmad responded and came out on a Sunday to check out our slab leak. He had a leak detector out Monday and offered us options for repair. Nemo arrived on a Wednesday morning, cut into the slab, found the leak, repaired it, and it was completed Wednesday afternoon. They sent us photos and a video of the leak to show the repair. All in all a quality company with great people. I wholeheartedly endorse this company

Made a same day appointment, was on time,very courteous used shoe covers while in the house. Quickly found problem and cleared the drain. Professional yet friendly. Have him on my call list.

Ahmed came out promptly to see where a water line was leaking under a concrete patio. He then came out on Labor Day to start the repairs. I'm very pleased with the quality of his work.

Red Hat Plumbing was the best service. Ahmad was very knowledgeable and could explain in detail about the water heater that I needed. The prices were very reasonable and service was done on time. I would highly recommend their great service! Great job replacing a water regulator and a hose bib. They are on time and reasonably priced. I would call them again if i need anything else done.

I honestly wish there were more I could say to support the glowing reviews already on here, but I really can't. Everything the other reviewers have said is completely true. I called for an initial project, and was so impressed by the friendliness, professionalism and unbeatable cost (I received a number of quotes) that I've already called and scheduled other projects in my home. I live in a mobile home, and the projects were more challenging than anticipated; but still the initial quote was honored and the guys were nothing short of kind, efficient and qualified. I wish they operated an entire construction company so I could run all of my home improvement projects through Red Hat! Highly recommend.

All I have to say is this company , was fast, friendly, and affordable. Niemo came to my house and not only did he make quick work of my nasty clog , he cleaned up after himself, I have put this company's number in my favorites, I will never use another plumber again, customer for life, thank you again Red Hat.

I now have my "go to" plumber if/when things go wrong; Ahmad and Nimo are the best!!!! Their knowledge and expertise with respect to (wrt) plumbing matters is top notch!! If anyone asks me if I know of any good plumbers, I will tell them I know of two exceptional plumbers and they both work at Red Hat Plumbing!!! I just bought a new home and was trying to remove the old refrigerator to make way for a new one and couldn't get the water supply line valve to shut off so I could remove the hose. I looked on Home Advisor for reputable plumbers and Red Hat plumbing came up as being the best in the area, so I put in for an appointment the next day, not expecting to hear anything until later that day. Ahmad called me within 15 minutes and told me they would be out within the hour...very awesome!!! Ahmad and Nimo showed up, looked at the valve, said they could replace it, and went about to get it done. When they shut off the water to the house, the water main valve was found to be faulty as well (the water would not shut off to the whole house). This one had to be repaired as well. To make a long story short, finding these two valves faulty prompted a whole house inspection to make sure everything, plumbing wise, was in order. Ahmad and Nimo were very thorough and answered all my questions. The whole house inspection turned up more faulty valves (and those that were okay as well). Rather than replace just the faulty valves, I chose to be proactive and head off disaster before it stuck and told Ahmad and Nimo to replace all the valves; IMHO, this was the prudent course of action as now all the valves within my new home are/will be the same age. In summary, if you need plumbing work done at a reasonable price, then Red Hat Plumbing is the company to call!!
