Ahmad was very upfront about the work. He replaced my main sewer line after other options proved unviable. Frankly, it was expensive but the work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Ahmad took great care to make sure everything was returned to original order. Very professional and I'd call him again for my next plumbing challenge.

I left a message expecting to work on this next week, but I got a call back quickly asking if I preferred to have them out today. Jeff came out and it quickly became clear that I had let this go so long that much more was needed than I realized, but he just got the parts and worked until the job was complete. I will be calling Red Hat Plumbing again soon to replace the shut-off valve in front of the house. I feel I can trust them, and that is a critical quality, particularly with an older house, to help keep costs reasonable while allowing as much improvement as I want.

Ahmad from Red Hat Plumbing is knowledgeable, professional, and truthful. Had an appointment at 12pm. Told him my situation. He checked my drainage pipes with his camera. My kitchen sink drain was not connected to the main sewer line and instead went into my backyard. My bathroom sink had a busted drainage pipe underneath the foundation. Both pipes had to be rerouted. Gave me an estimate, I agreed. His crew came out the next day and started at 8am. Ahmad was there in the morning to go over with his crew what needed to be done. One his guys is Jeff and he was working hard to finish before Ahmad came back. Which he did. Thank You Jeff. Ahmad is my go to plumber from now on. I tip my hat to Red Hat Plumbing.

From the prompt call to set up service to the completion of the project Ahmed was friendly, respectful, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He took care to protect our belongings and gave us an accurate assessment of what needed to be done.
