Paco was a great professional and personable service technician. He is highly recommended.

The company was very prompt in contacting me. They were also very transparent about the price and what needed to be done to complete the work. They did the work the same day! I would have them out again if I have something else that needs work. When it comes to plumbing problems, they used a camera to show me what the problem was.

Paco was punctual, courteous, and professional. He had the necessary replacement part and installed it. Since I hadn't been given a quote on cost of home visit, I appreciated how he let me know before starting the work. I think that should be part of the basic information given by HomeAdvisor.

Jose worked very well with us. He revised the work plan and saved us $200.00 and improved the project.

Tech was friendly,helpful, and clear on rates, and alternatives, before performing work. Did request an additional quote, however, that he said his company would email me...still waiting for that.

Paco the Red Hat service professional arrived punctual and very pleasant. He was able to find the parts within minutes to fix my toilet. He performed the repairs and replacement of parts quickly and was able to show me how the fill value works. There was a little mix up in the appointment time, but other than that all went well. He did a good job and clean up afterwards. They seemed to be very conscientious and wanted to please.

We thought there was only water leak, but Ahmad scrambled up our hillside and found another. He and his crew promptly fixed all the leaks even though they had to work into the night. We were very pleased with the service and price and would highly recommend Red Hat plumbing.

He additionally identified a further problem which required additional work which we authorized. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Both he and his help were responsive, polite and worked quickly. Hats off to Red Hat Plumbing for an awesome job! From day 1 until the last pipe was installed, everything was done efficiently and issues were dealt with professionally. Thanks to Ahmed and his team! Highly recommended!

Initial contact was regarding installation of a new sink. Representative was very professional, even wore booties over his shoes to protect the carpet. When he finished, he pointed out to me that the flex hoses should be replaced soon. He left, and everything seemed fine. The next morning, it developed a leak at one of the hoses. Cabinet was soaked with water, dripping out onto the bathroom floor. Response was good, he came back out within an hour of the call, and he fixed it. All sounds great, but if he felt the hoses needed replacing, he should have done it; I would have gladly paid the additional cost. A bit disappointed.

Found water in the bin around my water heater so I called a few plumbers but none could come out that day. Went to HomeAdvisor and put in my request and Red Hat contacted me almost immediately. Had his guy come out to look at water heater and offer a quote. I quickly accepted as it was the best price and they were able to do the work right then. Just 2 hours later the job was completed and everything is working great! Would definitely recommend and call again with any plumbing issues I might have.

Unfortunately the scope of the work required to remedy the problem was underestimated, BUT what could have been a very unpleasant experience was quickly turned into a resounding positive! The customer service and professionalism demonstrated in ensuring my COMPLETE satisfaction was well beyond any reasonable expectations. Their respect for my property and the quality of the work done were both outstanding. Overall, the services I received were a tremendous value and I would not hesitate to use Red Hat Plumbing again.
