Red Hat was immediately available when our water heater died. They helped us decide on a tankless water heater and they installed it within hours. The price was fair and comparable to other companies. Ahmad the owner is personable and helpful and came out to our house to supervise the job. He even helped me gather the right documentation for the SoCal Gas tankless water heater rebate. I would hire them again whether it's an emergency or something we can schedule in advance.

Red Hat was on my property within an hour of my call and promptly found the source of the leak. They showed me ways I had not known before to protect my pipes and save money. Tony answered all my questions clearly and provided cheerful competence throughout. Next time I need a plumber Red Hat will be my first call.

Professional didn't show so I called to confirm. Seems as though home advisor booking didn't show up on his schedule. Work was done well, just much later than planned.

The technician (Tino Arteaga) contacted me to let me know he would arrive a bit later than originally expected - much appreciated. Service was completed in a timely fashion for the amount quoted over the phone. Tino was very polite and explained what he was doing and recommended additional future services and regular maintenance to prevent a recurrence of the clog that prompted the service call. Will definitely consider them again for future plumbing needs.

Received a call to set up appointment 10:00Am, then received a conformation E-mail with the appointment details. Appointment time was changed to 11:00 Am. The service tech arrived early he was courteous took care of the problem and left the area clean.

He explained everything and what the problems were us backed up his talk with the camera scope. I hired him right away to fix my issues. Red Hat is my plumber now. ?

Tino Arteaga was on time, fast and clear about the game plan. We went with the more inexpensive solution first which was appreciated and I felt confident that this could work. If not, I felt secure in the fact that he could come back for a bigger more extensive job if needed.

The problem in our house was in the main line, but we don't have a main line clean-out. The only solution they had was very expensive, without knowing for sure if it would even work. I hired a different company to run a camera first, and only had them do easy maintenance items instead. The tech was really nice, but kept checking in with his supervisor for pricing, advice, etc. Working with them felt corporate, rather than personal and I was less than impressed that they couldn't provide a solution to my major issue.

He was incredibly professional. The were able to get this complicated project done within a timely manner.

There prices were great. The technicians who came to do the work were courteous and tidy.

Red hat plumbing was very affordable. Installed a new sink with fixtures.

When they say 24/7 they mean it. Called on Sunday morning to request a change to an appointment and the 'Boss' answered. New project (Tankless water heater), our plumber Jeff A. was no nonsense, professional and excellent workmanship from start to finish. Have to wait to judge this new system, but that was our choice. Very impressed with the work and complete overall knowledge with this project.
