Plumber arrived quickly, assessed the problem, quoted a price, brought in the hardware needed, repaired the leak and tested it. Problem solved. He cleaned up any mess and made sure I was satisfied with everything. The entire process was easy to do online. I hope I won’t need to call them again, but I would not hesitate to hire this company again! Highly recommend them.

Ahamad -- Red Hat's owner -- was very professional and very pleasant to deal with. The actual on-site plumber was Alex, who is a seasoned pro who actually takes pride in the work he does. What a nice experience to deal with somebody who would go the extra mile to do something the best possible way, rather than taking short cuts to get the job done more quickly. I only met this company and these people yesterday, but have already recommended them to several friends. That says it all, doesn't it? When the job was done and the dirt in our flower bed was backfilled, Alex even re-planted the flowers he had to take out to replace the water main. I cannot recommend him/Red Hat highly enough!

Great place

Had problems with shower and toilets draining slowly. Called and spoke with Ahmed who sent Alex within an hour. A camera inspection showed we needed a sewer pipe reroute. Alex and Saul worked 3-4 days on this project, were always on time every day, worked extremely hard physically digging and removing dirt from under master bathroom toilet to get to the pipes, then refilling with the dirt after replacing pipes, and cleaning up at the end of every work day before leaving job. We were definitely impressed with their work. Alex explained everything that was being done as the job progressed. Would have no hesitation in using them again.

I thought it was a little too expensive.

I was pleased to have a new solution to an ongoing and frustrating problem. We have yet to see how it works out in the long run but I am optimistic. The service person was intelligent and knowledgeable. He identified the problem quickly and explained it well. His work was efficient and professional.

Hector came out and was very nice and efficient. The opener Ahmed was very professional.

REVISION * *Revision Note, this is another attempt to edit my posted review. Immediately after posting my review, Ahmad the owner called to rectify the situation. He said that he would have a person out to fix the problem that day. Within several hours, one of the workers came out and fixed the clean out. Ahmad himself came out and checked to make sure and to apologies for the lack of follow through. His ethical and business sense to follow through on a promise has impressed me. He told me that there would be training and follow through and I believe him. Such integrity is so often lacking. It's nice to know that people are still in business that care. We, my wife and I, have decided to up the rating to the highest because of his integrity. And we would use his service again because of it. We have been burned so many times before that I can say that Ahmad will follow through. I always try to give an honest review for work. When he asked why I didn't call him, my response was, why didn't he follow through on his workers? He took the criticism well and I respect that. It ended in an amicable solution and a faith restored. We would use his services again. Previous Review Used Home Advisor for video of mainline sewer on Saturday and was called right away. Had to wait for a better camera on Monday. Ok, yes, I want the better video camera. I want to know what the problem is. They didn't know how to use it properly. Had to provide my own USB stick to record. When asked, their solution was to video the screen with my phone. I paid for hydrojetting of main line from clean out to city, approximately 53 feet. Charge was expensive but was told it would be a best option. Cleaned only 50% of blockage of roots for $1200. Wants thousands more to fix problem. But, this is the kicker. Broke my clean out. Told me they would fix it. Gave them three+ weeks to do so before giving this rating. The only plus to this company was that they were quick to call on a weekend, but don't expect them to come right out with the right equipment. They said they would guarantee their work for a year. We'll see because it wasn't given to me in writing.

Friendly, on time and instant estimate

Red Hat Plumbing was very accomodating. Came two hours after our main sewer was backed up. Came up with a timely solution to the problem. Explained the procedures. Cleaned up after themselves. Worked very efficiently.

Hector and Red Hat Plumbing did an excellent job for me. There were no "surprise charges" like "extra service charges" or other excuses to charge more and I appreciated that. The job was well done and for a reasonable price. Thanks.

Our showers and toilets were backing up. We called Red Hat Plumbing and they came to our house within two hours. Alex was courteous, talented and confident. He quickly diagnosed our problem and gave us an estimate for the repairs. A root was crushing our main sewer line directly below our front porch. Unfortunately Alex had to jack hammer through our porch and then dig four feet down to reach the root and the main line. He made the necessary repairs and cleaned up the job site. Alex is a true professional. If you need a plumber, call Red Hat!

I really thought that I needed additional work but the pro explained that I did not and saved me money on unnecessary repairs. Super guy and I appreciated the honesty.

Excellent quick service. Repaired a leaking tub fixture and checked for other leaks. Excellent workmanship. Excellent contact with the owner. Technician Hector was great. Highly recommend.
