The plumber was honest and efficient. He cleaned up everything before he left. He opened our bathtub drain that another plumber quoted a cost of ten times more to open.

These men communicated clearly, honestly, and explained what they were doing and why. We felt they were thorough and charged appropriately.

I have nothing but praise for Red Hat Plumbing. They are polite, honest, reliable, reasonably priced, and very, very skilled at what they do. They came to clear out a blocked drain in a spare bathroom and stayed to replace the collapsed 60-year-old drainage system. They said what it would cost and they stuck to it even when they discovered more problems, like a clogged septic tank. They worked from seven to midnight, each day, until they fixed everything. Our houseguests did not even realize they were around, burrowing under the house to replace the plumbing. I have never seen anyone take the kind of care they did. Even the dirt excavated was placed on tarps and put back in the same trenches. If you want to see the fabulous work they do, get them to call me. I will be happy to give you a tour.

Brian and Ahmad showed up early, after calling to check. They went straight to work, cleared the issue and gave me some advice for the future. They also got the camera out to check the pipe afterwards. Most companies that is a huge extra charge. Also gave a 1 year warranty for this work. Highly recommended.

I needed a plumber quickly and these guys were on it. They were here within an hour. I like that they offer free estimates. The price was right and my plumber was very knowledgeable and polite. Ahmad from Red Hat Plumbing provided excellent service, was extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable, immediately diagnosed the problem of a broken main line pipe, and completely fixed it. His rate was more than resonable. He even drove 2 hours on his own time to Home Depot and back to buy an extra part to complete the job. He also cleaned up perfectly like it never happened. Ahmad removed leaking water heater and installed a new water heater and did an awesome and professional job. I was impressed with the level of detail he did in investigating the failure issues and the recommendations he made for the new installation. He even delivered the old water heater to the home depot store for the warranty credit.
