Rep was very courteous, prompt, and on point. Explain things to me so I would understand and even did a little cleaning/preventative maintenance at no cost.

Ram is a total cheater. My bathroom pipes were broken and I called him to come and fix it. In the process of fixing his men broke a different pipe (a much more expensive one I should add) and Ram charged me for it! What gives, Ram?! After I told him I'm not paying $700 for the new pipe that his men broke, he threatened to take me to small claims! The audacity!

Ram Plumbing is the best. He came out and fix it at that time. He is the nicest professional guy.

I would call them back because they were good.

I have used them for 4 years. He is great. I have also turned him on to a billion people and he is fabulous. He is the best plumber I have ever had. He is fast, reliable, fairly priced and clean. Overall he is terrific.

I was not very happy with them. They spent a lot of time and the problem still isn't fixed. He and five guys came out and it's still not taken care of. He said he doesn't know what it is. He was supposed to fix something else. He said it was a pipe problem and it was actually a pressure problem.

Excellent work. Courteous, pleasant and he knew what he was doing!

Ram arrived when he said he would, explained carefully what he thought should be done, came with the appropriate equipment and the number of men he needed, and cleaned up after he finished the work. He worked within the time frame he had indicated it would take for each job and was fair in his charges.

Very well. He was polite and responsive. A few weeks later we had a pipe break on the weekend and he came right out and managed to replace the broken pipe.

We were very satisfied with his work. He showed up on time and came ready to work. He took care of the problem and was able to take care of it in a timely manner. His price was also fair.

The installation went well. There was one person doing the work and he did show up on time. It took him about 45 minutes. This was a minor thing that I needed done, so I thought the price was perfect.

They were great.

I mentioned I found them through Angie's List and they were very responsive. The price for my job seemed reasonable. I've had them out several more times to do various odd/small jobs. Each time they were "Johnny-on-the-spot" and price was fair. Very responsive, on time.

He was only out for a short time. The price seemed high for the amount of work that he did.

I was going out of town the next day and needed someone to repair a large leak under my kitchen sink that day. Ram Plumbing had an emergency number to call and came within two hours as promised. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They also noticed that my kitchen faucet wasn't turning properly and fixed that as well. I would use them again without hesitation.

Ram is the best in terms of workmanship and knowledge. He knows plumbing inside and out, carries a huge array of supplies, and is both extremely efficient and extremely fast. He always seems to have an army of young apprentices who he's teaching, but I've never seen him leave them alone on a job or even let them do the important steps, for that matter. I have used Ram for several jobs and the quality of his work never fails. Having said that, Ram can be exasperating too. He is not good about returning phone calls promptly, can take a week or more to actually agree to take on your job, and then is hard to pin down about his arrival time. If it's an emergency, he can squeeze you in, but if it's not, you have to really bird-dog him to get his attention. So, when I have a stopped up drain, I call Roto Rooter, but if it's a plumbing job that must be done right, Ram's the man, even if it takes a while!

Work was done professionally and quickly. What was most impressive was the prompt return of my initial phone call, scheduling the job for the next morning at my request, and the overall courtesy shown.

Plumber was very accommodating. We called him late one afternoon and he came early the next morning to see what was needed. He returned shortly after with the necessary supplies, equipment, and helper. Only when he finished in late afternoon did he tell us that he was leaving for a vacation in Spain the next day. His skill, immediate attention, and cheerful willingness to rescue us from an emergency situation were notable.

RAM IS A NEIGHBOR OF OURS. MY HUSBAND TOLD HIM ABOUT OUR PROBLEM AND RAM PROMPTLY CAME OVER TO ASSESS THE DAMAGE. HE GAVE US SOME TIPS ON HOW TO DRAIN THE SUMP PUMP BOX SO IT COULD BE ACCESSED FOR FIXING. THE NEXT DAY, EARLY IN THE MORNING HE SENT OVER TWO EMPLOYEES WHO BEGAN WORKING ON THE JOB. THEY WERE FAST AND THROUGH, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND WELL PRICED.
