They were over priced and would not use them in the future. The quality of the service was not worth the price. They were also difficult to deal with.

The design was nice, the drapery was nice, they did a great job on the drapery design, but if I had to do it over again I would not purchase plantation shutters from them again.

The sales person was very helpful and showed me a lot of fabric samples. She also ordered larger samples of fabric for me and then included more samples than I had chosen. I chose a high-end grey fabric from Belgium. I was informed that the process would take four weeks. They picked up the furniture on the day promised and returned them the day promised. They did an excellent work and I was impressed when the furniture were returned.

They are fabulous. They were excellent. They do a good quality work. They can do whatever I need. They have a great selection of materials. They don’t rush through to complete the job. I didn't compare the price, I went straight with them.

My entire deal was based on installation of my drapes on the 11th. At the scheduled time of installation, at 4:00 pm, I called them to see when they were arriving and they told me the installer, who is a subcontractor, got in an accident and broke his leg. Yet, they didn't call me, I had to call them. I was having a party the next day with 30 people and they wanted to come in the morning and wanted the drapes prior to the party. They came at 9:00 am assuring me that they would be gone in 1.5 hours. It took three. They were wrapping it up as my guests were arriving. I can't describe to you how stressful that was. Then, they told me that they had to plete my drapes and leave them tied for 5 days so the pleats would set. Why didn't they tell me that when I bought the drapes? So, I couldn't see them or try them out for 5 days, but they wanted payment NOW. The also promised to return my extra fabric to me at time of install. They forgot. so I was supposed to get it on Monday. Monday passed. No Fabric. Tuesday passed. No fabric, no call. On Wednesday, I called them. Again. On Thursday they delivered the fabric and I tried the drapes. They are impossible to open and close. I would NEVER do business with this company. The don't have any calendar integrity, they don't follow through with communication, and they make a lousy product. They seem like nice people, but don't be fooled. Quality is lacking. Calendar management is impossible and I don't like dealing with companies that use subs. I've had lots of bad experiences with subs. They came back and waxed the pole so that the curtains would pull more easily. They still are working well in June of 2011. I'm very happy with the product overall, but their communication could be improved.
