"First of all, my items moved from California to New Mexico were delivered in good condition. The only problem that I had is with Beefcake's customer service. I was scolded by Gabbie when she didn't receive my check on time that I had sent via UPS. I also provided her with a tracking number for the UPS letter. I had misunderstood that they needed the check within 2 days, but instead I thought that they needed the check to be sent out within 2 days and I was angrily scolded for not getting the check to them in time. I'm not sure if Gabbie still works at this moving company, but she should not speak down to any customer in this manner. I cannot recommend this moving company due to poor customer service."

They were on time, protected the carpet (rainy day) and furniture prior, during and after moving. This crew was also very fast, when you hire this company simply stay out of the way and let them do the professional job you would expect. I would hire them again in an instant! There is an option to pay cash or credit, credit card is a little more expensive but not much."
