MAURICIO VERDEJO

Maurico was recommended by our interior designer, Lawerence Roberts. He was hired to paint the exterior of our home. He did a great job until he stopped returning phone calls, never returned, and did not finish the job he was paid to do. Against my better judgement, I paid him in full even though he still had to polish out the front door and surround to complete his contract. It was at most 2 extra days. He had problems spraying the door finish which caused him to spend extra time. I would have gladly paid him more to finish the work, but he never gave me the opportunity to do so, because he did not return calls, texts or emails. He must have personal problems because he his actions, or non-actions and lack of professionalism cost him future work from myself and our interior designer who will no longer use him. DO NOT USE Mauricio Verdejo, unless you wan to get burned. PS. Less than 5 months after he finished the job, there is peeling and splitting caused by improper prep work. This painter came out and did an excellent job for us. He did wood working, we were very impressed and he did a grat clean up job. We even had some of our neighbors come over and hire him becuase they were so impressed.
