The cost was cheaper than getting a new machine. They were professional and fixed it. That's all you really want. Their responsiveness was good. They gave me a big window of time, and that's how a lot of them are; that's just the way it is. I would just like these people to say that they will be there at 1:00, but techs can't do that. That's the case with anybody. I would use them again.

They were fabulous. They went above and beyond twice when I had them come out. They came out three times to fix the same problem that ended up being a stupid problem. Believe it or not, it was the dish washing soap. It took them long to figure it out because it was the pods and you usually don't have to worry about them. The owner came out and they had me get a different, specific brand of a pod and then there were no more problems. It was the weirdest thing, it was just causing suds and suds and leaking all over the place. No one questioned the soap because it wasn't like you were dumping dish washing soap in there. It was pods that have it all pre-packaged. We have learned that apparently it does that in dishwashers. It was nice that they came out three times because it wasn't their fault, nor my fault. It was just bad soap. The guy's name was Alex, and I think he was part owner, and he went over and above.

He did not fix it properly and it damaged my washing machine. When I told him, he said the damage was there before he arrived, and that he had fixed it properly. Now, they will not return my calls. Do not use these people at all.

These ripoff artists came to my home twice, both times for AHS (another ripoff, but that's another story). First time was to service my microwave oven. They took pictures, did no work, and fraudulently wrote-up the problem in such a way as to have warranty coverage denied. They took the $75 service fee, did nothing, and caused me to have to fix the microwave myself (which I did). Most recently they came to the house to diagnose my GE refrigerator that was having problems. Again, they took the $75 service fee, and wrote the issue up in such a way that the home warranty denied coverage. Their description of the problem made it appear that the ice maker/water dispenser (excluded from coverage) was the fault. I asked them to prepare a repair estimate so I could get the fridge fixed, and never heard back. All of my interactions with the company have been rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Their poor customer service went so far that while at the home, they made my 14 year old child sign a receipt saying that Magic Appliance did not damage the floor near the fridge. However...it turned-out to be the motherboard of the refrigerator, which I fixed myself in under 18 minutes. Magic Appliance failed to accurately diagnose the condition as being caused by a covered part. I have video proof of their error. At best they appear blatantly incompetent. Magic Appliance will never step foot inside my house again, and I advise other potential customers to be extremely cautious before hiring them.

I used these guys for an AHS repair. The repairman was prompt and efficient. There was nothing outstanding about the service, but he did do the job and I don't have anything negative to say. I thought I'd give a decent review to offset the F's, though I wouldn't go out of my to recommend them or anything.

This company tried to rip me off! There is no other way to put. I have a Sub Zero refridge that had some frost collecting. I called the company because there was a sticker on the inside of the door indicating they had service the appliance before. There was date scheduled and two days before they scheduled to be there, they called saying they could not make a date that was schedule 1 week in advance. I re-scheduled and when technician came over before he even pulled off the grate, he quoted a $900 price and said he needed to replace the coil. I told absolutely out of the question and he asked how much I could afford. He then dropped the price down $600 within 10 minutes. By then I knew the cost of the job probably was even 1/3 less. I walked him to the door. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS.

They tried to pull a fast one on us. Our oven doors were broken, and the guy came over. No matter what we said, he insisted that it was fine. We had to call them and ask for another person to come out. They wasted our money and time. I would never recommend them or use them again. They came on time.
