Listing in Angie's list led me to believe they did repairs. Dissapointing.

Started the process in Oct 2014. So far we are up to 4 trips for this. Initial response was great , with in 2 weeks had most of the shutters, the polyfoam they had to order so that was not ready.. Arrived when expected the Sliding glass door was way too large would not fit in the room, one had a crack and one they missed altogether. They installed the windows they had and that went well. They came back a second time with the missing shutters and sliding glass door arrived on time, then sometime late December the polyfoam came in and they came to install it, however it needed spacers to fit over the granite. Here is it Feb 1,and the spacers still have not been delivered and the window installed properly. Their customer service is sad, The owner however when he did the quote was awesome and very knowledgable. But since the initial delivery , I have to keep calling them for a status update, they do not call me. Last update was several weeks ago when I called and they were suppose to get back to me. So I am hoping when they finally do come with the spaces they will be the correct size and will be able to call this complete. 3 months to finish is too long. My assumption is they are ordering the spacers of poly foam for that window and that is why it is taking so long. Simple communication might have made this review better. If you are in a hurry be careful. My coworker who referred them also said it took 3 trips for his installation. As of today, this job still is not done. At one point when we asked the installer would he except something to look like that , the comment was well depends if I paid a lot yes, in other words you get what you pay for? I thought $3600 was pretty high. of course the sliding door was half the cost. I do love what has been installed already, my review is more based on that it has not been completed yet and the amount of trips it has taken.

They have great pricing and products. They completed the job in a timely manner and did a good job. I had no complaints about their staff. I do not remember having any scheduling issues. My decorator has even started using the company after they saw the great work they do.

The service went great. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 2-3 days. They were all very friendly and willing to make sure we were satisfied. They were good at cleaning up after themselves. I had no problem scheduling the job. They came out to discuss everything we were looking for and then called us to let us know when everything was ready and asked when we would like them out.

He gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions.

I have used the company twice. The technicians are very competent. They matched everything perfectly and were great at cleaning up after themselves. They were very efficient and professional. I had no problem at all scheduling with the company.

He brought samples for us to look at and was great to work with. We were not home for the installation. I had no problem scheduling the service at all.

As a travel professional and working with people in Entertainment I know quality and I know when I am being fleeced. I met with 4 companies and Maggie's Shutters and Blinds inc., came in under the price of all the other competitors. I tried to send an email and that was not as effective, but once I had time to call them during business hours and leave a message, the representative called me the next day. Once I explained what I was interested in and what I was looking for we set up an appointment. The Representative came looking professional and very polite. He introduced himself as Kevin and proceeded to hand me his business card. Kevin set me at ease right away and we began the process of looking at colors and once I decided on what color and the ribbon would be added, we moved on to price. I was prepared to spend 2,000.00, considering the last quotes from 2,600 to 3,000.00. To my surprise Kevin's price for all 10 windows came in well under the 2,000.00 dollar price at 1,600.00, it would have been less if I had not gone for the ribbon, but it gives a more polished and old world charm. So, for that price I was able to do all the windows, get them to take out the old, have crown valance and custom blinds for a great price. What made this experience so remarkable was the low key, low pressure sell that Kevin used. Very delightful person and he was willing to come to my place on his day off to confirm the color of the ribbon for the blinds. Then, Brandon also came by to do a final measurement on the Garage Window. He was just as pleasant and accommodating as Kevin. When I called the Office several times, I believe I spoke with Jennifer. She was just as warm, helpful and considerate. The day of the install all went quite well. My installers showed up on time, were fast and efficient. They made quick work of the old blinds and shades and replaced the blinds in good time. I also was encouraged to get one 4 panel shutter system for my sun room area, included in the price of 1,600.00. It was the right choice and Kevin was instrumental in that decision. It has given a much more polished look to my Sun room and I am looking forward to working with them next year on some ideas for the rest of the large sliders/windows. Due to my hesitation with contractors and service companies, Kevin called the owner and asked if I could place only 30% down, instead of the 50% on the paperwork. They agreed to accommodate me on that matter too. As a Business owner and travel professional and service provider of entertainment personalities I have a high standard for service, quality and considerate behavior. In my book, these people and this company went above and beyond my expectations. They delivered, they met the goals and expectations of this client. I am grateful for the wonderful treatment both for my windows and to my spirit. My little old 1958 fixer-uper home is looking more classy than I could have expected. Thanks Kevin, Brandon, and Jennifer (?). I hope you will give this little, home grown company a try. They far surpassed my rigid expectation. Kudos guys and gal for all your amazing kindness and great service and product.

We were so pleased with this company. The sales rep, the office person, and the installers were helpful, kind and prompt. The office person was always willing to answer my questions or find the answer if she did not know it. The salesperson arrived on time, clearly demonstrated the product line, and priced out the shutters right then. The person who came to measure the windows was actually one of the owners. He, too, arrived on time and was very professional. The installers also arrived well within the time given for installation. The job was done fast and neatly. They did not leave a mess. The installer carried out the blinds that were removed to my car for me. They also made sure I new exactly how to operate the shutters and wanted to be sure I was satisfied before they left. This experience was the best ever from start to finish. Everyone did exactly what they promised with no issues at all. The bonus was that the price was 1/3 that of a competitor's price. Shutters come with a 10 year warranty. This company has been in business since at least 1947 (I believe that is what I read). I can see why they have stayed in business. What a great company and a beautiful finished product !

Blinds delivered a week later than promised (was 4-5, delivered in 6). We don't have any blinds so delivery was important. Had to badger them to get it delivered instead of receiving a call from them to schedule the install. On install day, one blind hung on window was hung and then taken down only after we showed the installer it was torn. Still waiting for a replacement to be installed. The day after hanging, one blind completely fell down. Put in a call and they were prompt in coming out to rehang it. Now, another blind has detached from the hanging. Put in a call and was basically told they would not come out to fix it until they came out to reinstall the torn blind. Still waiting for a call back regarding when that will be.

It was excellent. I highly recommend them.

Of all the various contractors and workmen I had doing work in my new house, the folks from Maggie's Shutters were the most professional and did the least amount of peripheral damage! In fact, Maggie's installers did no damage at all. From my initial meeting with the owner through to installation, Maggie's lived up to all of their deadlines and the installation went off without a hitch. Their products are high quality, and the people are very pleasant to work with.

Had a great experience with Maggie's Shutters and Blinds. The owner, Brandon, came out, measured and gave an approximate date for delivery. This was a custom, wide, but short, shade over a stairway which faced the West. In a matter of weeks, Alex came in, installed the shade and even asked if he could clean off the small window shelf while he was on the ladder, which is approximately ten feet up! I would highly recommend this company.

Great customer service, I am very happy with follow ups they made. I am very satisfied with the way the shutters have turned out.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WE HAD WAS VERY GOOD! THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, DID THE JOB CORRECTLY, AND THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKED WONDERFUL. WE HAVE TOLD OTHERS AND THEY HAVE BEEN PLEASED AS WELL.
