Description of Work: We first contacted Dean to have the electrical inspected on the house we wanted to buy. He sent Hector who did a terrific job! We bought the house and ended up using Dean and his amazing troupe of workers to help us in almost every aspect of updating and fixing up our house. We had a central air system installed, full electrical rewiring of the house with new panel installed in the house and garage. Dean has a contractor's license and roofing license, and we put in a new roof as well. He helped us find good people for other work needed, and worked as our general contractor when we needed his expertise. He even gave us great design ideas for lighting and our bathroom update. Dean is conscientious, and takes great pride in doing a great job for his clients. We are very pleased with our 'Like new' house that Dean and his very professional crew helped us create.

Description of Work: Dean and I have worked on projects on and off for the last 15 years. Dean has done everything from quoting projects to last minute emergency calls.
