Sam was nice and knowledgeable about garage doors and wasn’t pushy. I hired them to replace an old wood garage door. I took off half a star because of a slight miscalculation which delayed the installation by a few days. Overall I’m a happy customer and would use this company again.

They were fast and efficient, and would definitely hired them again.

My only issue was that only one installer worked on our job thus making the job take longer than I expected. We had one minor issue which was resolved the next day. I highly recommend Imperial and we love the new doors and the very quiet opener.

Consideration of this company for your project would be a very wise choice. Value, cost and workmanship are all an A+.

Perhaps not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. The installer had 20 years experience and did an excellent job. I had the existing 20 yr old installation removed and a new two car garage door installed. Main complaint is my wife yells at me for not going to help with the groceries when she opens the garage door...which I now cannot hear open. Loved the design and options, extremely quiet operation. Got one that matched my trim. What was delivered was exactly what I selected. I am a retired picky engineer who is very satisfied. Sam gave me a lot of good advice during the selection process. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Leon was so polite and was so knowledgeable about garage door repairs. He took the time to explain everything to me about the new motor installation and how everything works. He cleaned up all trash from installation. He is a 5 star garage installation tech.
