I called several other contractors before I found Imperial garage door. One was drunk (yes, really), two didn't bother to show up, and several didn't return my calls. Imperial was the opposite, easy to communicate, showed up on time, gave a fair bid, delivered on time and professional installation. I wish I could find contractors for other jobs that were this professional. Yes, highly recommended

This company was awesome. The owner, Sam, responded within 15 minutes of my request for quote! His quote was the best I received (got one other quote). The installer, Nicholas, was so thorough and the installation went perfectly. As he saw that I keep a classic car in the garage, he was meticulous in making sure that there was no screws or other hardware left behind to puncture a tire (he swept the entire garage area to insure no future problems). You can not go wrong with this company!

They came out right away and went over all the options and helped me choose based on my needs and property. There was a small hiccup with them getting in the correct doors from the manufacturer that delayed them from being installed on the first date, but they were quick to communicate the issue and reschedule immediately when the correct ones arrived.

Sam, the owner and sales rep. came out and promptly surveyed our situation for adding a garage door to a semi-enclosed car port. We chose a door with windows that was almond color and it matched our Monastery white colored stucco home and décor. A few weeks later after we had other contractors install the electrical & minimal door framing they came out and installed the door which took about 3 hours from start to finish. The installers were very knowledgeable and efficient. The prices were just right at mid range for decent equipment. We are very happy with our new garage door because it gives our home a clean new look and protects our vehicles.
