Sensors with spider webbing will prevent gate from closing. Since I was so worried, and couldn't get the gate to work, I called Sam at 10:30pm. He walked me through cleaning off the tiny spider web that still obstructed the sensors. Felt safer afterwards. He was very kind even though I called him so late at night. Recommended

Reasonable prices. Great communication and service was excellent. Garage door was installed quickly and professionally.

After installation, garage door would randomly fail to close. Called owner, he came out and said he would replace the sensors that seemed to be the problem. The owner failed to perform the replacement service and I never heard from him again. After further investigation on my part, I discovered that the door failure was due to sunlight hitting one of the sensors in the morning and making it believe that there was an obstacle in the way preventing the door from closing. I had to rig a small sun screen over the sensor to solve my problem. I would not recommend this company.

They were able to take care of the problem that I had with gaps under the door by installing a longer sweep! Now no unwanted critters can come in!

I needed a new garage door and opener. The bid was fair and comparable to other companies. The technician, Nicholas, came on time and installed the door and opener in a reasonable amount of time. He swept up after completing the job. He was very polite as were the other people I spoke with in the company. I am very happy. The new door is great and so very quiet as it opens and closes. I would recommend Imperial Doors to anyone who needs this kind of work done.
