Very good installer and haul away of old door that had crashed on our car. New door is an identical match in design and so much quieter. I think the opener motor is better than the previous two. Overall a hassle free experience.

Sam (owner) was the third contractor to send me the attic insulation proposal. His proposal was at the middle between the most expensive and the least expensive bids. Initially. I picked the most expensive proposal because I appreciate the person who did the inspection spending considerable amount of time explaining the process, the materials, the choices in detail to me. Also, Imperial is the only company of the 3 without any review of their attic insulation. I emailed Sam to notify him my decision. He then called me to explain to me he's new to attic insulation; however, the crew who does the work has years of experience. He then proceeded to lower his bid further, it's now almost as low as the lowest bid. After thinking it over, I had decided to help him by writing a review on attic insulation if the crew did a good job. The crew was professional, efficient and quite nice; however, there was a little mishap (not related to the removal and installation). I was happy with their work but did report the incident to Sam. Sam took ownership and fixed the issue without any hassle. I like the work, their customer service; I do not have any problem recommending his service.
