The door is very noisy. Only after installation did I learn from elsewhere that there is the availability of a quieter system. They did not mention this to me.

Great experience from beginning to end. This company excelled at communicating with us. They responded quickly to our first inquiry. They arrived on schedule and immediately diagnosed what was wrong with the garage door. I chose to have Imperial replace the door at a fair price. They were flexible with our schedule as far as setting up a date/time to do the job. The installer arrived on time and quickly replaced the door. The old door was hauled away and the new door works perfectly. It is exactly what we contracted for and it looks great. I highly recommend Imperial because of their great customer service, their competitive prices, the flawless workmanship, and their overall professionalism.
