After the meeting with their agent and agreeing to their terms. The arrived at the scheduled time and did not hear from the installer until he completed the work. He explained the workings of the remote and answered all out question on all operating systems.

The gate replacement was done earlier than expected. I still need a drop lock on one side in order to drive in, a slight incline causes the gate to swing inward. My only negative is not getting a return call from Sam when I last inquired about the date to complete the project . I will hope no one is ill, causing the delay.
