Four days after the work was performed on 04-09-2017 still no receipt. Asked for one at the completion of work where guaranteed would state one year after work completion and was told by the installer that it would be emailed. Contacted Sam (owner)about it and he said he was on his personal phone on the way to the office that he would call me back as soon as he arrived and email it to me. Still no receipt four days after.

the owner knew his job. he explained everything when he was finished. no problem with the garage door opener. however I was not pleased with the welder for the gate. he covered up the design work on one of the bars

I was told that I needed a new motor that it was old. He did not try to assess the problem or examine the entire system. Turned out all I needed was to have the door balanced. They wanted $175 to do it and that was my discount after paying $60 for them to do nothing. I went elsewhere to have it balanced.

They were very professional and all costs given up front. They were very knowledgeable. Work was done expertly and efficiently. Responded same day in a matter of a few hours after we contacted thru Home Advisor. Offered same day service even tho HA gave us an appt. 2 days away. They are ACTUALLY LICENSED contractors. Spoke English very well. Showed us how to use emergency door release in case of power failure. Warranty on the motor. So pleased with quality and quick response.
