Great! Imperial worked on getting a customed made garage door for me back in 2022 and a few weeks ago there was an issue with the door not opening. Imperial was able to contact the manufacter of the logic board, which was the issue and gain the recall replacement item, Eddie the technician came out, replaced the logic board and serviced my door within a day of calling. I am very happy with the outcome.
